- I am not hyperlinking the headers here just yet until I have a chance to fully quality check them and get them ceramic coated. I'll launch a series when the timing is right, probably in early 2024. My plan is to have them ceramic coated, then show the tedious and laborious process to get them installed. I may even do a dyno run after. Stay TUNED and be sure to sub!
Here's what ChatGPT thinks my vid description should be:

I saw someone take the heads off with the headers to install headers on other lexus's. Would be a good time to replace your valve seals, shim your buckets, and clean out the carbon. Or if you want even go 3uz heads for the oversized exhaust valve and larger ports
Interesting thought! I have never heard of anyone doing that.
@@ForwardMomentumI recently purchased a 2001 gs430 with a broken timing belt,I found it easier to remove the heads with the exhaust manifolds than fight the motor mount and other various pieces that are in the way to get the manifolds off in the car.two valves bent on passenger head and had one cylinder washed from a head head gasket failure (owner didn’t mention this)currently at machine shop waiting for valve seals and shims to ship.
Many GS guys and gals ask about those! I got the PPEs with coating. Definitely feel the torque transition to higher RPM
Geeked up
Keep an eye on em' and your engine mounts. When headers choices started to become available for gen 2 GS4's OBX was known for poor quality. Hopefully they have improved over the years.
Yep, will do.
That's like 10+ years ago, ppl elevate and improve.. those headers are known to work
Agreed. I know of quite a few people that run them, including my buddy with the 450HP GS400 (I have a short vid on his car doing burnouts). I have yet to hear anything recent that indicates any major issues with the current design.

Let's goooooO!!!

You should also wrap them
You know I considered that, but JetHot does not recommend doing so and it voids their warranty, so I’m going to skip it. I had a 95 Si back in the day with ceramic DC Sports headers and I wrapped them. It was crazy, even in the AZ heat I could touch them for 3-5 seconds after driving normally.
Cant seem to find your installation video for this
Hasn’t been done yet. Waiting on JetHot to get established in their new facility.
where did you find the OBX headers? i've looked online and i cant seem to find them for my 01 gs300, not even used.
I have a 400. Believe it or not, Walmart online of all places.
@@ForwardMomentum Interesting, thank you!
I’m
Finding ppe for 1200 and obx for 1400,what source should I use for obx?
I got mine from Wal Mart online. No joke.
why did you go with these over the PPE’s??
$1200 difference in price after shipping and ceramic coating.
Have you got these on yet?
I’m waiting for JetHot to get into their new facility. Might be a month or two.
are the bolt on to the gs400’s or do they need to be modified?
Bolt on.
How tf did u get that drivers side header on?
I haven’t done it yet.
