It's quite similar to our country Bangladesh: country--division--district--subdistrict--union council--ward(group of villages)---village.
the only difference is we have no state, it's like one country one state. but I wish our government turned the division into the state. and makes a federal state so that we can get more modern developed cities like Dhaka and Chattagram. And obviously, we want modern government facilities and services. Decentralized, is easy to reach those facilities in the rural area
