Gram sabha is not a body but it is a village meeting where all the villagers along with Members of Gram Panchayat ( Sarpanch, panches and Secretary) participate to hear out problems of villagers for the development of village as a whole and come up with solutions.
One more- He has written that nagar panchayat is also known as nagar parishad and nagar palika is known as nagar palika parishad but he is wrong.. Nagar parishad and nagar palika parishad both are the names of nagar palika and not of nagar panchayat.
