Gold Idea about taking a picture and putting it in the racking area to symbolize exactly how staff should be doing it! I am going to adapt this to my system thanks to you!!

Thank you for your kind words! We implemented a system where we label each section in the warehouse (e.g., A1) to help with the pull sheet and guide new employees in locating items efficiently. We'd love to have you as a guest on our podcast sometime. Thanks for watching our video!
How do you currently manage item locations in your warehouse?
Have you tried any other strategies to optimize staff efficiency in the racking area?

Here's a suggestion that you are free to consider or ignore. It would be beneficial to eliminate the use of paper for daily checklists and boards for performance and HR management. Several SaaS platforms are available that managers can easily set up and maintain, and employees can conveniently access from their phones. All the best!

Thank you for watching our UA-cam video and providing your valuable suggestion! We appreciate your feedback and will certainly consider eliminating the use of paper for daily checklists and boards for performance and HR management. We understand the benefits of using SaaS platforms for efficient management, and we'll explore integrating such solutions into our current software and mobile app.
We're glad to hear that you find our existing driver app useful, allowing them to mark their arrival and departure for each job and add notes. It's great to know that our app has been helpful in organizing their routes effectively. We'll take your suggestion seriously and work towards extending similar functionality to our warehouse team.
Once again, we sincerely appreciate your input and thank you for being a part of our UA-cam community. If you have any further suggestions or questions, please feel free to share them. All the best to you!

@@therentalsboyz I'm still working with 10x10 canopy tents. Next season I'm upgrading. I started with a borrowed tent, borrowed table and 10 metal chairs. Now I have 2 of my own canopies, 7 tables and 55 white Hercules chairs. Inventory is stacking a lot quicker now that I can take bigger orders and increase volume of orders over the weekend. My goal is to get 100 chairs by winter and will make the investment into actual tents before next season. I'm working with what I have for now. I think it was tent and table as a recommended supplier. I think a 10x20 was 300+ shipped. Im going to have to research them again before i buy. I'm just building inventory. Its a side hustle for now reinvesting every dollar I make. I've turned down so many orders because I don't have the chairs to fulfill the order. A lot of 100 chair orders. Its good to see that the orders are there though even if I can't take them yet.
I appreciate the response! Its the good people like yourselves that I even started this business. I ran into doubts with my woodshop business and started watching UA-cam videos of other creators. Eventually it sparked my interest and I made the decision to make it happen. My weekends are booked for the next 3-4 weeks. I am very optimistic and am enjoying this journey.

Thank you so much for watching our warehouse tour and sharing your thoughts! We appreciate your support and we're glad you found value in our video.
Starting off with tables and chairs is a great choice, especially if you're looking to build your business gradually while keeping your job. It's a smart approach to generate extra income and grow at your own pace.
As for the bounce house business, we made the decision to focus primarily on tents, chairs, and tables because they align better with our business model. While bounce houses can be a popular choice for some, we found that our customers predominantly rent tents along with chairs and tables. By specializing in these areas, we're able to provide top-notch service and meet the specific needs of our clients.
Rest assured, chairs and tables can rent very well on their own! They are essential for various events, including parties, weddings, and corporate functions. Offering quality and reliable rental options in this category can help you establish a strong foundation for your business.
Once again, we appreciate your support and wish you the best of luck in building your party rental business. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out. Happy renting! 🎉🏰🪑🍽️

@@SeetheSilo Thank you for watching the video! I appreciate your interest in the podcast episode discussing efficiency scores. We actually have an upcoming video where we dive into how to set up efficiency scores for your team. We have briefly mentioned it in a couple of episodes, but I'll need to get back to you on the specific episodes. Stay tuned for that upcoming video!
In terms of leveraging business credit to grow, we have used about $100,000 in business credit, which we have recently paid back. However, in the early stages, we primarily focused on reinvesting everything back into the business and didn't use any business credit until we reached a revenue of over $750,000.
Currently, we have a couple of credit lines and a business credit card that we utilize. We also have a credit line with Uline and T-Mobile, and we also have vehicles registered under the business name for credit purposes. Let me know if you have any more questions!
