As a life long motocrosser , I have found the next joy in life as I push 50 years of age. What a great hobby. So many models to choose from. So far I have 4 planes with the F7F being my favorite. Keep up with the great vids. Very informative. Thanks guys!
No problem! Glad you found the hobby and definitely tons of great aircraft out there. What other models do you have? Whats next? This 262, is definitely a solid aircraft.
Motion RC I started with a sport cub. Moved to a aero scout, I have the big timber then I got the free wing 1600 mil F7F and I just got the new 70mil F35 lighting but I dumped it. Very sad day lol. I’m gonna order a new one though so I can redeem myself. I’ll stop there for now.
Amazing bird my friend and great flying. The sound is perfect. Iam still dreaming about this baby and I will have it someday no matter what. Oh yeah... Still I have upgraded my Gloster Meteor with Freewing 2300kv high speed EDFs and I cant wait to test it and to hear that sound... Great video as always and great camera work. Thanks for all inspiration from you two. You two will always be mine favorite RC pilots... Big salute from Slovenia, Pilot Robert
Love the plastic pieces and gear doors all the way around on these. I strongly recommend adding these features in all future models, we would greatly appreciate it! Thanks MotionRC!
Sensational looking bird & another fantastic flight demo Ryan, not to forget mentioning Mike’s exceptional videography work. Looking forward to seeing more of you guys again soon 👍👨✈️👍🇦🇺
Great flying as always, cant believe it glides that well! Just got mine, and also flying futaba, possible to share setup on the rx at all? Greetings from South Africa🇿🇦
No me Joda 😞 compadre, what a beautiful jet ,and I am stuck in the hind end of hell, can't wait get out and start my own airspace museum with all your planes.
Am curious if maybe the suspension/spring is too stiff and makes it bounce, as it DID bounce (so slightly) on the grass landing. Great commentaries, and video sequence, awesome. Jet did the usual tail wiggle at 1/2 throttle.
I have a question. The dual motors, is one CCW and the other CW? Just getting into this hobby and trying to learn all that I can and so far I'm not finding any info on why some motors are CCW and some are CW. Thanks!
these motors are not counter-rotating. But for some models, namely twin-engine prop planes will have counter-rotating props on a model to help with torque pulling a plane to the direction both motors spin. Helps a model fly straighter and behave a bit better (in simple terms).
The Me-262 doesn’t have split flaps in real life. So why were they added on this model? Do they work better or something? Even the giant HSD Me-262 has split flaps.
probably in the testing phase they either noticed better flying characteristics with this set up, or an easier molding process to go this route vs the scale. Sometimes, to stay in a price range, not all the scale features can be included. But not sure entirely
hi, i dont know if you will see this. but i was wondering if this is ok for a newbie to rc planes? i am 15 years old, and i saw this on your website and fell in love immediately
Awesome EDF warbird, great performance, twin engine, sprung u/c, great handling, good presence and good size model. But beware, even has that warbird snap and spin into the ground if you are too slow and too low. Absolutely ridiculous price here in Austrtalia for even old model $700.
Love this bird. I belong to an RC club and I think this baby may need more room than we have. Well, for me anyway. We have flyers at the club that can handle this bird. I'm a quadcopter guy getting back into fixed wing..
I became hooked on RC with quads and FPV. I'm getting my 'wings' now with a Nano Talon and find I love FW fpv as much as quads . The NT is an 'easy does it' flyer and I don't think it will be long before I want something that flies like a uh........... Fighter jet? Or racer? The Nano Talon feels like when I was a kid riding home on my bicycle overloaded with fishing stuff and the snapping turtle I just caught. It looks like front props are an FPV buzzkill so....... When are they going to start building these with accommodations for FPV and, hell I want it all, a modern flight controller and GPS? I will email Freewing and tell them GPS units are cheap and not the size of a brick anymore and hope they don't spill their prune juice when they find out. Hmm, maybe the ability to swap out little LuftWaffe dude with a CADDX micro turbo mount and a GPS hatch in the tail somewhere? These aren't great engineering challenges for a company like Freewing so is there some kind of dogma or stigma I'm not aware of? Maybe a cacophony of baby boomers ridiculing me in the field over aesthetics will send me home, head down with my new EPP EDF under my arm while little Lufwaffe dude grins at me from my dashboard. I can't see why I would want to fly something like this line of site unless I had to. I'm getting one of these and will hack it all in if I have to even at the risk of wrecking the canopy section and replacing. I would rather not have to take any cutting tools to it though, look at it, sigh.......... and oh yeah, since I brought up aesthetics, I don't want a flying wing. They are so ugly that the planet repels them if anybody was wondering how they fly so well without a tail.
Plane needs a pilot figure, all that money, all that scale fidelity, all that awesome attention to tiny details, and there isn't a pilot figure? Damn shame.
Mephalis2009 WOW! I bow to the more observant. Have no idea how i missed that. Absolutely no idea. Watched the whole video. Damn these old eyes, i guess.

What a great looking bird …. You two always make it look so nice and easy …. Great work from you both
Sensational looking bird & another fantastic flight demo Ryan, not to forget mentioning Mike’s exceptional videography work. Looking forward to seeing more of you guys again soon 👍👨✈️👍🇦🇺
Beautiful new paint, I have the old grey one which is just as amazing, but I really do like this new scheme!
She rips man! Sweet flight
your killing me Ryan! I want it but time to pay the rent!
Nice one guy's, love ya videos. Keep them coming. 👌
I just ordered the new ME 262 from you guys. I'll be at my door on Tuesday. 😁👍
Wish this one had been ready for release back in July.
Just finally got it, PR. Where can I get your set up for this beauty?
Great flying as always, cant believe it glides that well!
Just got mine, and also flying futaba, possible to share setup on the rx at all?
Greetings from South Africa🇿🇦
Been a while since I had the 262 up but I set it up by the book always.
That really puts you Mig 29 on the back burner, and I mean I like it a lot.
The 262 is one of my favs for sure
No me Joda 😞 compadre, what a beautiful jet ,and I am stuck in the hind end of hell, can't wait get out and start my own airspace museum with all your planes.
You can do it!
Definitely the best sounding 262 of them all as far as EDFs go. Possibly the fastest too..
Am curious if maybe the suspension/spring is too stiff and makes it bounce, as it DID bounce (so slightly) on the grass landing. Great commentaries, and video sequence, awesome. Jet did the usual tail wiggle at 1/2 throttle.
Man that looks good! I have two videos I will post soon of the older model as it is awesome! The crazy thing is this one seems even better!!! 😀🤔🙏🏻
Me 262, just no other aircraft like it.
Air-headed Aviator Now they just need an He-162 with jettisonable aileron to simulate Gotthold Peters glorious crash. Completely optional of course.
Do you use flaps for takeoff?
I have a question. The dual motors, is one CCW and the other CW? Just getting into this hobby and trying to learn all that I can and so far I'm not finding any info on why some motors are CCW and some are CW. Thanks!

Good afternoon, please, I need information about the pilot of that plane. Could you tell me in mm, how tall is it? Thank you.

What does it compare to in terms of speed? Might have to add to my FW squadron
9999 views happy 10k guys
Dam , i need this one too now. I'll have to look in my piggy bank. Lol
Awesome my friends. 🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍
I fly mine with jp hobby fans and 6500 mah lipo and it's a dream to fly my favorite freewing so far...
great video nice plane is the a build video for all of us to see? 2020
Little older, but gets the job done ua-cam.com/video/ACNXou0b24g/v-deo.html
How come this Me-262 has split flaps? I thought the real has the full trailing edge flaps.
The real one did have trailing edge yes. But sometimes the design just doesn't always work when scaled down and you have to adjust
Motion RC ahh ok. Thank you!
hi, i dont know if you will see this. but i was wondering if this is ok for a newbie to rc planes? i am 15 years old, and i saw this on your website and fell in love immediately
Really wish you’d update the BF-109! We need a new model! 🙏🏻
I just bought Adam's 262 from Roachcoach. Supposedly it belonged to captain Mike at one time.
Awesome EDF warbird, great performance, twin engine, sprung u/c, great handling, good presence and good size model. But beware, even has that warbird snap and spin into the ground if you are too slow and too low. Absolutely ridiculous price here in Austrtalia for even old model $700.
Sweet! Even if I had the money I am not ready to fly that sweet of a plane! I need to learn to fly better first.
i will buy it but way cant you put in some carbon spars in the front .its still week on hard landings.
Love this bird. I belong to an RC club and I think this baby may need more room than we have. Well, for me anyway. We have flyers at the club that can handle this bird. I'm a quadcopter guy getting back into fixed wing..
Gorgeous! Should take hotter fans nicely too! 🤔😎
out of stock, that was fast XD
awesome video ! awesome model EXCEPT the UMPA LUMPA pilot figure. freewing should jack the fms pilot figure, it would look better.=D

Blue öyster cult intensifies
Myles Spear ME-262 Prince of turbojet
No rivets on the real one.
I need one after the 114th fiasco day -- very nice - send me one dambit
Plane needs a pilot figure, all that money, all that scale fidelity, all that awesome attention to tiny details, and there isn't a pilot figure? Damn shame.
easy addition
Motion RC i feel you. For the money though, seems incomplete.
If a pilot figure is enough to hold you back. Very easy fix.
What are you talking about? I see a pilot figure in the plane?
Mephalis2009 WOW! I bow to the more observant. Have no idea how i missed that. Absolutely no idea. Watched the whole video. Damn these old eyes, i guess.
No change at all
We upgraded the power system last year, upgraded the scheme to complete the V2
Poor tree
Oh Jesus, 262 instead of Two Six Two. Might as well paint a giant hammer and sickle on it too.
I thought it was kirby vacume commercial another overpriced coffee cup from motion rc wow
I take it you dig balsa? Love our balsa planes too, but this is a great model. Thanks for spending your time watching our video
mmmh i dont think its that beautiful mate poor quality dont like it that much it flies dope though
