- Attorneys for Rex Heuermann, the 60-year-old New York architect suspected of being a prolific serial killer, could soon file a petition to have some of the murder cases separated out. Heuermann is charged in connection with six murders so far, including the so-called Gilgo Four, as well as two women found dead in 1993 and 2003. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber has the latest developments as the case inches closer to trial.

The Toy Box Killer, David Parker Ray's daughter was sentenced as a co-conspirator and I am unsure of her current status. However, she did contact the FBI and try to turn in her father before he was caught. His GF was also sentenced when, imo was also a victim of his. It's insane how these murderers are able to do this while the local law let, and even enable them sometimes. DPR would have been caught years earlier if, the local pd had a brain between them, if not complicit or even part of the 'Satan's Den' he (DPR) hosted

Blatant, easily provable lie, given both Shannan's autopsies ruled her death as "undetermined" not accidental. Jesse lies several times but Law & Crime Network are just click baiters raking in advertising cash, they don't have time to worry about truthful reporting.

I guess his attorney forgot the overwhelming circumstantial evidence they have, which a ton of cases were convicted just solely on circumstantial evidence. Its also not uncommon for them to not have testing around at that time to test something, but that doesnt mean it cant come in the future. In this case they were able to find a company to do that testing. Not to mention we have no idea how much more evidence they have and are going to continue to keep finding

Very true, but he didn't say she was a killer. He is saying that her behavior suggests she knows something and should be looked at with a high level of intensity to uncover what may be damning evidence as yet, undiscovered. Further, if she did see something or participate as an unwilling victim, she needs serious help and should be getting it. Not being blown off by people who rush to defend her against non-existant allegations because they want her to be just a young women with a penchant for dark art.
And how old was Victoria when all of this happened? She had nothing to do with it. These kind of killers that murder people like this, do not involve their children. He did it on his own she may have developed an interest in the macabre maybe on her own or maybe through her father who knows, but it's not evidence.
Everything she's been accused of I'm guilty of. I like human skulls, I like looking at crime photos, there's nothing wrong with that. It's human interest.

Blatant and easily provable lie given that in both of her autopsies, her cause of death was ruled as "undetermined" NOT accidental. She went to my high school and said she was seeing a limo/a driver. Then Shannon case always had made me wonder about the 16 yr old girl i remember from high school seeing some older dude that was a driver in the city. it always made my hairs stick up like there's a connection there. She has never been found.

First I've ever heard of this case. What was the evidence that led to his arrest?
It started with evidence about a green Chevy avalanche driven by an ogre of a man being identified by a friend of one of the victims. It wasn't looked into because of the police chief at the time. But the newer people actually looked into the evidence. And ended up linking it to heuermann.
Wow. I would have thought it was impossible not to have heard of it. There are numerous documentaries, articles and books on the topic. The biggest serial killer case of the century.
