Racist Woman Confesses to Plowing Down Two Kids for This Sickening Reason

In December 2019, a 12-year-old boy was walking down a Des Moines street when he was plowed down by a person driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee. An hour later, a 14-year-old walking to a basketball game was hit by the same driver who was later identified as Nicole Poole Franklin.
