Thanks for all the detailed information you have provided in this video. I like your way of explaining every point. Keep sharing such great videos in the future also.
there was holes already in the van supports that were circles. So I used a metal file and filed them all to be squares that were the same size as the bolts. That way I could pass a carriage bolt through the back of the support, then through a 2x4, and then on the front side I tightened it on with a washer , nut and a socket set.
Looks good! I'm thinking about doing something similar. Can you explain how you attached the initial boards to the van supports? Hardware used? Thank You.

@@summit8887 Are all 4 horizontal 2x4's attached to the van wall or just the 2? I was thinking about bringing my shelves out 20" so that I could standup my chip boxes on their side. Thoughts? Have you considered any modifications since your business is growing? Thanks!

😂
I like how this guy made shelves for snacks
Thanks you that's just what I needed. Gonna build shelves for my packout now
Thank you for the video on how to 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thank you for watching 👍
nice shelves!! and such healthy food choices
Only problem is there is nothing to stop the boxes from flying out on the floor. You need a lip in the front or bungee cords to hold the stuff in.
It has a lip just didn’t get that in the video
@@summit8887 oh ok thank you. Yes you cant see it in the video 🙂
Or, as I'm planning on doing, slant the shelves back. 😮😊
Well done I'm inspired to do mine .
Thanks! And good luck
I can’t believe i didn’t think of adding a ridiculous amount of snack storage in my van!
good looking shelf....i am wondering how the middle , 2x6 maybe 2x8 had the support?

You dont secure it to the floor as well?
Have you had any problems with your Promaster? Would you buy another?
No problems highly recommend
What happens when you make a sharp left turn?
My shelves have a lip / raised edge so no problem. Also have shelves on the other side and same thing 👍
awesome!
Wish I went with this instead of wire racks
What is the material list?
How did you attach the 2x4 to van

How did you file in to squares
Nice
Shelves should be angled back not flat
