But we should live in a fair society so now if some of this unregulated by public safety health officials street food happens to induce severe illness, even disease, food poisoning, etc. can then the victims of unsanitary conditions of the food they thought would not create illness SUE, the street vendors also? Certainly, they looked into the financial background of the Woodland Hills man that made a very stupid decision in pulse. They’re not certainly going after people in South LA that do similar or toss beans out in the sidewalk on the street. 🚩I get it, the vendor is making an honest living. But, these vendors shouldnt be selling at high end cities. He should be in were there's a Mexican/Latino community.
He should settle out of court. Give him 50k, an apology, and a modelo beer, problem solved. Yeah, the guy was wrong for destroying his business.🇺🇸✌
He's obviously making much more money from the people in Woodland Hills, otherwise he wouldn't be there. What, only Mexicans eat tacos?
He speaks no English?
"Siri: Please put on calendar 11:00AM racist attack.."
Lowered to misdemeanors but ordered to pay millions 😆
Folks wouldn't be so upset if these vendors were required to have a business license, insurance, and a permit to operate like every other hard working American has to. Make it fair for everyone!, not just a few.
They are required to have these things.
The guy was upset because the vendor stand was in a residential area.
Millions of Dollars for that? You have to be kidding me. I don't see Millions of Dollars in items being broken. This system is all messed up. That man was a Resident and Citizen. Was the vendor permitted to be in the area. We know he didn't speak any English, and is he even a citizen? These are all good questions.
Yeah...I can see that you're dismissing all that violence from that usual suspect...and want to accuse that hard working man trying to earn a living. But hey...keep up your title of the "protector of all things white".
He was attacked with an axe!!! How would you feel?! The man wasn’t hurt but I’d be shook if someone destroyed my property in front of me with an AXE!!! He didn’t know if he was going to turn the axe on him next
@@ramonhernandez1623 I thought you said he was "attacked" with an axe. Now you're saying he didn't know if he was going to turn the axe on him. Which one is it my man. I WIN!!!!!
@@cosmo2852 Just so you know, I was speaking on the 1st part of the video. Not the part with the USUAL SUSPECT lol.
@@ogshoeplugogshoeplug5039 attacked his property with an axe. The man’s property. It’s his property. He paid for it and owned it. I don’t think you’d feel the same if a person destroyed your property with an axe with provocation
Looked like felonies to me
But the criminal court reduced it to misdemeanors. We all know why.
Why do people do this assaulting others who are just trying to make a living and contributing to the country? And are not out there shoplifting. 🤨
How do they contribute to the country?
Remember even if you win a judgement doesn't mean you will get the money they ALWAYS KEEP THIS QUIET WHY ?
Exactly why I don't want to be a vendor anymore
Although the attacks are abhorrent, no lives were lost. And street vendors should be very careful because crime is up as we’ve seen recently. They pray in hopes that they have protection and nobody should go through that kind of terrorism. I wonder if this new station will also report on street gangs and how they extort with threats much beyond tossing beans, street adventures and other street food mostly if not entirely Hispanic on Hispanic type of fear controlling.
Many of these food cards or fruit vendors are allegedly a funded system of street vending business. Other words are not individual owners entirely.
Remember a few years ago, a Hispanic man attacked a taco or fruit stand over by Melrose and Vine in that neighborhood? He didn’t get sued for millions. But the street vendor was set up with a go fund or something and make quite a lot of money.
Millions come on now. This is a bit much. They do not pay taxes to be out there. I supported vendors until i saw them leave meat in a box, then brought it out later, smelling and still served it. These vendors should not be out there. They have no hot water to wash they hands. Extremely unsanitary.
That attack was not needed and humiliated the vendor.
If the vendor is legally in USA 🇺🇸 and if he is following the rules and regulations set by the city or government, he deserves the law to protect him!!
So you're saying illegals can be murdered by US citizens?
Bravo 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏
As American I’m ashamed to say I was born in that country where my ancestors taught nothing but hate and yet ask why this country is messed up. And yet continue to show till this day. I don’t see when America has ever been great if my ancestors brought slavery and so many other bad examples.
From Misdemeanor 2 MR BANKRUPT!!!
The attorney called the aggressor a gentleman more madman mister attorney.
Does his client have a permit?
If he did not, he will obviously have to pay a fine.
My guess is that if he did anything illegal, he would not have gone to court.
Millions? That’s ridiculous!!
