    The device on the framerail is just the RABS valve, the module is under the dah that receives the signal.

    The VSS pulses a signal, then it goes to both RABS module under dash, and the PSOM in the cluster, then the PSOM generates a pulse signal of 8000 pulses per mile, and sends it to cruise and PCM. Checking voltage is helping nothing. Check with Hz, not voltage.

    That should have a vacuum pump that keeps the 4x4 engaged without locking the hubs right?

      @@cprgarage3206 what would happen if you put the truck in 4x4 and didn’t lock the hubs?

      @@cprgarage3206 because I just got a ‘94 f250 7.5 4x4 and it has locking hubs. The last time I was in the mountains I had to use 4x4 and I didn’t lock the hubs because I thought it had the vacuum. It seemed like the 4x4 engaged just fine and had no issues going into and out of 4 wheel.

      There were auto locking hubs as an option but they are a one way clutch and do not have a knob to turn

    • @2bhyman
      @2bhyman 5 місяців тому

      @@cprgarage3206 would they have locking hubs and auto lock? Because the steering feels like 4x4 engages but I’ve never manually locked the hubs
