You can find videos that I shot of both on YT. Not as good as this though, which is probably my all time fav concert. Cornell stage dove right onto me while I was shooting...... ua-cam.com/video/gBchw2BDFjA/v-deo.html
@@whereisjerry Holy shit, that's amazing! I'm going to save that video because it's all around great. I got to see him live only once, and I was about 25 rows deep. I would have tried harder to go to more with him, but I figured there was plenty of time. :(
@@RESphoto Thanks! Saw you went to the Bush/Cult/STP tour. I went too. Actually flew up to Portland OR because Alice in Chains was also on the bill. Here's a compilation that I put together of everything I shot at the last Audioslave show with Chris that you might enjoy..... ua-cam.com/video/BOlhbwPbXjc/v-deo.html
how on earth have I not seen this until today, i'm a fan of FF and Audioslave, wtf is going on UA-cam, you know my viewing history and it took you this long to get me to see this!
Love it! wooooooo!
Watching it again and let's be real: Dave did an EXCELLENT job here...best tribute there could be
I'm not crying, this is great. I miss Chris.
My son took his life on 10/16/22 . I have listened to this song everyday since he left.
I know ❤ it gets me threw my harder days n know I have my other kids n grandkids things song helps me get threw the harder times aswell.
The crowds energy makes it through in the video,, energy to the band became evident. Who doesn't like sing along to everything that Chris ever did?
I think Chris was an amazing singer, with a really amazing voice like nobody. Dave si an amazing muscician, an a really good singer too, he always does his Best and that the serve respect!
Thank you, Dave.
That was perfect.
Grohl did pretty dam good with this!!
No he didn't. Wake the fuck up. Dave Grohl is a fake ass piece of shit who cares more about looking good than being good. It's all attention for him. He sounded like shit singing this song. Without screaming or vocal effects, Dave is completely worthless... Unless looking pretty and being a gratuitous ham gives someone worth...
Jade X Bro, I don't know what you have against Dave Grohl but I can assure you, as someone who has seen the Foo Fighters live, he can both sing extremely well without effects and belt out screams. Also, he has never come off as an attention hog to me. He seems like a genuinely nice guy who is singing a song as a tribute to his longtime friend. I think he did a fantastic job.
@@No_Purchase_Necessary
That's total bullshit. Dave is immensely talented multi-instrumentalist and songwriter.
@@No_Purchase_Necessary shut the fuck up, nobody cares honestly, and it makes you look like a hypocrite
He was alright
This was AMAZING !! Dave Rocks This..
this guys are truly amazing ..because they fill it up the members of the bands that been broked up or gone... they keep the bands alive on the staged.. and rocking on..
Dave Grohl u r the man! Perfect song choice. I loved it!
Thank you so much for uploading this clip! I love it!
I was lucky enough to be at this special tribute to the beloved Chris Cornell. This was THE performance of the evening.
I was at this. Unreal experience. Rest in peace Chris Cornell!!!
Sonaron increíbles.. Saludos desde Chile.. Un afortunad@ a la persona que grabo esto..
No pensé que le saliera tan bien a este wn en la voz! Jeje en buena
Dave always doing his best, living his life like a fan of the artists he’s covers and pays tribute to. Never the big star, just the massive fan.
Just awesome 👏!!!!
I think we can all appreciate the talent that Chris Cornell had after watching this vocal performance. It's clear Dave doesn't have the chops and probably appreciates Chris a little more when he can't talk for 4 days after this show. It was effortless for Chris.
A bunch of great musicians playing together... Love it....
If the video was muted, you could probably mistake Dave Grohl for Ozzy here
Ahaha had the same tought !
Ahahah true
DUDE
@@MattKilleen798 he's saying he looks like him here
My thoughts exactly!!
Un grande homenajeando a otro grande.
¡Que vivan los 90's! Larga vida a mi amado rock and roll. ⭐🍷💫
It's absolutely insane the way he can scream like this day in and day out on tour. After this performance, I don't think I'd be able to talk for days. The guy is incredible.
Morello, my god, what a badass guitar player.
Guitar God
I always loved how unique he was he might not be a shred god or crazy technically but he's got such a unique style
@@jordandillow5208 He can, or at least used to shred, then he realized everybody was doing that and sought to do his own thing
But sooooooo awkward to watch
