After 10 days on the 15 minute floor yoga I finally felt able to go a little longer. This is after 2 years of no yoga, post menopause body and depression. This is a great little practice and this is also helping with my state of mind. Thank you.
So great! You’ve got this. Love hearing your progress as do others. Gives us hope n faith that’s there’s a brighter other side to menopause. I also appreciate you’re doing shorter practices. They’re less stressful on hormones. Just keep up the regularity x ❤️🙏

My wife joined me with this short session. She has MS so finds it difficult to move from floor to standing. We spent part of our time finding different ways of moving from sitting to standing. Thank you, Fiona. I know that Liz felt quite empowered afterwards!
And in answer to your question the other day, no, I am not going to teach yoga until we have moved. 🙏🏻

Hey Fiona. After a year or so, I am back to your videos. I missed doing yoga with you! I was doing pregnancy yoga a lot but I would like now to go back to your vinyasa flows.. I've started with this video but I only managed to do 10 min because of my newborn. Are there any 10-min flows of vinyasa flows in your channel that are fast pace but appropriate for the early postnatal period? Thank you!!!
Congratulations!! I hope all is going well? Did you have a boy or a girl? I completely understand how punctuated everything seems to get with a newborn. I actually don’t have any short flows like that but I have a few suggestions you might like to check out.

Oh my!!! I have no idea. I’m so sorry. When I went into the settings, YT have a message about ‘legacy ad settings’ I’ll get to the bottom of it straight away and fix. My apologies. I would never choose to have ads mid roll. 🙏
