I love watching recipes using an instant pot. I got one as a gift and haven't had the courage to use it yet. Also, I got a couple of bags of tomato basil soup for free and needs ideas of how to use. We're not too fond of tomato soup. Ideas anyone?!
Storing onion in the fridge is fine if you use it quickly. However, the moisture in a fridge can cause mold & change texture. It also converts the starches to sugar. It can absorb other flavors from foods in there already, too. But if used fairly quick, should be fine

Its ceazy to me that people are remarking that you use too much salt. I just watched Jean-Pierre make soup, and he uses 5x the amount saying not to be afraid of salt. Im not sire if the people saying its too much have ever made anything from scratch.

If your freezer is at the correct temp it will not mold.

Nope it's not. That's why at 5:27 it's the best they've ever eaten...because I add the PROPER amount of salt for it to taste good.
