and the way they were talking about pubic hair like us women already have insecurities about having hair and we finally feel in 2023 that we can have a choice but when women talk like this it’s just a massive disappointment. I feel like Grace though would just agree with whatever the guest says like if she had someone on who was saying “hair is natural and it’s there to protect us, fuck what men want” Grace would agree with that as well so I feel like we don’t know what she actually thinks on topics.

@@qquack1950 it was misogynistic. She could have said “I had a choice, and this is what I opted for”. Absolutely no need to be insulting and call it “hanging ham”. Especially when biological women have absolutely no say in what theirs looks like. I think hearing insults like that which are not uncommon can cause a lot of self consciousness for some. Body shaming is never ok.

Would she still have so much shaming to do? Do we get surgery to reduce our flaps on the NHS? I’m sick to death of body shaming regardless it’s that behaviour that encourages young girls to be ashamed of themselves as someone who literally tried to cut her own off as a young girl from embarrassment we have to do better.
abso love every podcast, and love Ella but the way she spoke about women’s natural bodies/weight clothes sizes etc and esp women’s genitalia, it it’s very disrespectful for other women to hear that when it’s natural all vaginas come in different shapes and sizes

If ella wants to present as a woman, ella needs to get educated and respect women. It's a girlhood thing where most people have some kind of paranoia and insecurity about their vagina. We try to empower each other and not be judgemental as they are unique. There is no issue with oness that don't look like there's nothing there, ellas description was disgusting and shows the true nativity of ella. Being a woman isn't about how the vagina looks, it's so shallow for someone who has transitioned to act like being a woman is picking out looks for how we want our bodily parts to be, ella doesn't understand at all and isn't relatable to us.
Did this person actually make negative comments about women’s vaginas? I can’t bring myself to finish watching it. If so, that’s literally anti-female. I can only guess that this must be projection and delusion. The reality of a surgically created vagina is not ideal. This makes me think that this person hates women and perhaps they are not even trans. Maybe it is a sick fetish.
With all due respect try following your own advice. There's no cookie cutter mold for what constitutes being a woman. We all have different boundaries, different morals, beliefs, personalities and humour. Some women will find what Ella said offensive, some won't. So if you want to say that you and some other women find her words offensive... that's fine. But there's no correlation between that and her validity as a woman. They can both exist without negating each other
trust me she’d do anything to be born as a natural woman with a vagina but she’ll never have that and she knows it. That’s why she talks like that. There’s no way on this earth that any dried up wound that needs to be flushed out 3 times a day could ever compare to a real vagina.

I think the trans gender community should be & are embarrassed. As great as it is that gender reassignment surgery can be offered free on the NHS (I 100% believe they should live in the body they feel is right for them) , I feel that if such extensive surgery can be offered at no fee (with tax payers money) then the same should be applied in other areas- anti depressants shouldn’t cost, birth control pills shouldn’t cost and neither should cancer treatments. If the surgery is to improve their mental health and outlook then surely the same should be applied in these areas which have the same outcome and affect a huge population of people. I’m also curious if it is free if they want to reverse the treatment ?
I too am all for the treatment transitioners need. At the same time it's quite sad that I'm denied the life changing surgery I need to reduce my breast size. They cause so much pain and will probably go on to disfigure my back/shoulder structures. My mum's the same and needed surgery to repair her shoulder, yet they won't do the breast reductions.

MAFS did Nathaniel dirty, Nathaniel was pretty much orphaned at an early age and he had raised himself. He was looking for depth, stability and security but all of his needs were compromised to promote Ella's story. Nathaniel being paired with Ella was unfair because Ella is so superficial. Ella is so self absorbed who is obsessed with her physicality and hasn't even developed her own individual well rounded identity. Womanhood is more than just surgical artificial beauty.
Nathaniel is coward that didn’t have the balls to say he wanted a male (that still had the male parts). He strung Ella along after showing no sexual interest in him, then has the cheek to act like he’d been done wrong when his partner texted another bloke. Should have manned up and said he didn’t see a future or have an attraction to Ella. Don’t waste peoples time.
@mattb6704 Nathaniel may have had preference for a male, but he was initially attracted to Ella. The sexual and physical attraction was there on their wedding day and he was very affectionate towards her. Nathaniel had mental and emotional needs that Ella could not stimulate so the attraction died. He gave Ella ample opportunity to show mental and emotional depth, time and time again Ella brought zero to the table because she was fixated purely on her phyiscal, which is not the be all and end all. Nathaniel should have left sooner but he was obviously conscious of the potential backlash and negative media portrayal he would have received. He would have probably been labelled "transphobic".

I'm all for trans women and men, I support anyone being comfortable with who they are- it's nothing to do with me. But to refer to biological and normal female vagina's as "hanging ham" is offensive and disgusting- used to really like her on the show but not anymore, body shaming biological women when you want to be accepted as one is disgusting and disrespectful.
It was a joke, I highly doubt she would have meant it to hurt anyone.

Honestly it't not that serious I just watched 54min of two people having a positive conversation talking about a trans girls experience in the media and her life. Enjoyed it, Ella comes across as an open loving person and that is all that matters. Pin pointing 1 comment in an hour discussion and making a negative comment really isn't needed. Also double standard, You don't hear men complaining that people compare dicks to eggplants sausages carrots mushrooms, It's just dicks and fannies get over yourself and maybe you'll be happier! :)

I know everyone is entitled to their opinion and think this is a great interview but I didn't. I found Ella's behavior very inappropriate. If a man behaved the way she did, They would have beeen so many complaints. Every other word thay came out of her potty mouth was to do with sex. And the she proceeded to expose her breast in presence of Grace. That must have been uncomfortable for her. Ella has No class whatsoever!!
