If you listen to the quotes again, you'll realize that it matches with every cuts of each Defenders in this little featurette:
"We don't need to be perfect, to do what's right"- Jessica Jones, who failed as a superhero but still trying to do good.
"it's not about living without fear, but, facing injustice"- Daredevil, who is willing to sacrifice his life for others from getting hurt
"it's not about being powerful, but finding your calling"-Iron Fist, who left Kun Lun to find his real purpose as The Iron Fist in NY
"it's okay to be vulnerable, no matter how tough you are"- Luke Cage, who is bulletproof but doesn't want to fight or hurt anyone because he is that good of a person.

The Real Michael Garcia difference in opinion i liked the first half of luke cage not the second. Pretty much my oppinion is daredevil is the best marvel show right now and the rest are sub par compared to arrow and the flash where if one shows season sucks the other show is amazing right now, this season of arrow was great, didnt care for the flash it was pretty boring the entire season.

Do I hear "Odyssey" from Hi-Finesse? Aw yeah, baby! That theme was also used in the teaser trailer for Avengers Infinity War, which was revealed in Comic Con (I believe it's in 2015 when it first came out).
Interesting to see how Iron Fist is in "The greatest stories ever told" section of Marvel Netflix-exclusives, even though it did poorly in the box office.
Stan Lees philosophy about heroes is fantastic. Spider-Man to this day is one of the best shining examples of his philosophy.

I think people are mistaking this for meaning Punisher is in Defenders. The nature of this teaser seems way more focused on the fact that these individual shows are on Netflix and that Punisher is coming to Netflix soon, which it is.
