Hi, Please please respond to my query I'm badly stuck
I recetly received Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal email while I am outside Canada with no valid visa now. I wrote to IRCC 5 times (reply to same email and multiple webforms), and it has been 1.5 months but no reply. I need PPR letter now, but seems like IRCC is taking unusual time to send me the required document. What should I do can you advise me on this please?
As per the internet, they might time as long as 9 months, many people experienced that much long wait to get the right document

The processing time online shows longer I was hoping if you knew approximate time for it. Could you also make a video of how to apply for PR after being nominated from AOS would be very helpful. Dear Sir, I have entered wrong education details in my Express Entry profile as my actual starting date of bachelors degree was June 2017 and end date was June 2021. But I entered starting date as June 2018. Can I make changes as I have received ITA?
Also in case of my masters degree, the starting date was July 2021 and the course work was from July 2021 to December 2022 and in last semester there were no exams or courses. I have mentioned starting date as July 2021 and end date December 2022. But in marksheet the passing date is June 2023. Will this impact my PR application? Or should I make changes in all these details befor submitting final application? Also I have been working part time from Nov 2018 to Nov 2022. And from Dec 2022 to till now, I am a full time employee.

Hiii kubeir. I worked in a company with a salary of 25k rupees with noc code - 22110. I want to come under category draws and choose a new noc code as you suggested ( noc 33101). But, the salary is only 15k. Can this be an issue as I switch to a job offering a lower salary??

If IRCC is conducting small draws due to French exam glitch then how come Ontario invites 984 candidates in French speaking skilled worker stream? In my opinion, IRCC could be looking for changing is categories in first week of Feb 2024or later. May be thats why they are delaying the proper big draws and category based draws. IRCC must give clarification regarding this issue.
OINP for job offer (international students) ,my question is: I am still on student status (1 year diploma) finished first semester and second semester will end in Apr2024 and we are allowed to work as full time till that , I found a job at noc 3 in Ontario and it is full time and permanent, will my experience be counted? Because 6 months of work experience worth 3 points so I am planning to start counting from now
If regular draws have not happened ONLY because of technical glitches, then IRCC can easily recover and lower the crs score by inviting more people to a single large or back to back regular EE draws, which is also not happening, so it's something else but not technical glitches. (Common sense, brother)

Hi Sir, My wife, child, and I applied for student, visitor, and open work permits for Canada on December 28, 2023. In our application, we stated our intention to return to India. However, my spouse is now considering applying for Express Entry. Will this decision affect our student visa application? She is currently employed part-time in NOC-82031, with over 960 hours worked (though this was not mentioned in the student visa application). However, considering her education and other experiences, she has over 5 years of experience in NOC-21310. Can we fulfill the three-year requirement using her NOC-21310 position and count the 960 hours (NOC-82031) towards agricultural occupations? Thank you in advance.

The reasons behind the EE score being 540+ in 03 EE draws in January 2024, are obvious Glitches, and a lot of French-speaking candidates with scores 500+ in that IRCC covered in French-speakers draw and left the quota for the normal EE draws. I think the French speakers draw on 01 Feb 2024 cleared almost 2000-3000 candidates in the 490-500+ pool. In other words, we can consider this draw as 60-40 for targeted French Speakers and normal EE profiles in the pool. Stay Positive scores will drop in upcoming weeks.
My crs score is 504. Do you think there is a possibility in the next 3-4 months? How can they let a technical issue go on for so long? My agents keep pressuring me to get lmia with a min wage job. I just got a good paying job this year, unfortunately they do not support lmia. I am just feeling so hopeless
@@keziajohn4959This might be a tough pill to swallow for a lot of you guys but acc to my friends lawyer the crs score won't drop below 520,it will drop 3-5pts each draw but it won't magically drop down to 500 in a span of few months,this was said by a reputed lawyer in Brampton,he believes people with crs scores of 525-520 are on the safer side as the crs cutoff score is not too far away and when they conduct regular draws they would be the one in a safer spot given their high crs score and why is your employer not supporting lmia?
@@keziajohn4959 My CRS score is also 504 waiting for score to come down, I would suggest don't go with LMIA, scores will come down in next month
@@keziajohn4959Friend learn french. I know it sounds hard but it has a dual benefit, you can become eligible under the French Language stream and can also use to increase your overall CRS

There will be no issue if you use same Gc key for number of applications

If your IELTS is clb5/6 then 25 points. If clb7 n above then 50 points

I have applied for AAIP(Alberta)under accelerated tech program after receiving NOI(21 Nov 2023)
Application Submission date:27 Nov 2023
Express entry expiry: 18 feb 2024
My status of application is still submitted as my EE profile is expiring in just 10 days
1)Is my application is still valid after EE profile expires?
2)should I create new profile after expiry and submit to aaip(if yes then how?any official mail)
3)Or should I withdraw my application after expiry then submit new application after creating new EE profile which will make me lose 500$
so learning Frecnh as 2nd language is still worthy in 2024?

Appreciate all your videos, Kubeir. What are the chances for the CRS of 508? Any chance within the next 2-3 General Draws. I have time until June 1st, 2024 before my PGWP work permit expires. Should I keep pursuing either LMIA or OINP options in the meantime?

@@AskKubeir That much anticipated the second GE draw of 2024 just happened and the CRS score is still hovering around 540s (CRS 543)
One good though, here are the current numbers from my calculations:
601 - 1200 = 646
543 - 600 = ~394
501 - 542 = ~6,518 (as of Jan 23, 2024)
501 - 520 = I would like to assume that the majority of them (~6,518) is within the 501 - 520 score range.
When looking at that, IRCC PR target, and the processing time of 6 months, I would say there's a solid chance we will see the 500s before the end of Feb 2024.

Do you guys have consultants? Are they sounding hopeful about your score? Mines the same, 504. My agent just told me today it’s very unpredictable and he’s not hopeful unless I get an lmia. But my employer wont support with lmia. Todays draw just made things scarier for me

We have a mass immigration problem in Canada. We don’t have healthcare, teachers or anything for the public we are calling. Our inflation is going high, houses are being expensive due to immigrants demand and it’s killing the country, hence the higher scores. There is no space for refugees on roads too. Mass immigration has destroyed this country
Canada doesnt afford to call large numbers of people under plain fsw draws because they have a surplus of people with lower and middle level professionals. They will call people in professions wherein they have a shortage.

General draw for 470s and 480s? Never seen Kubeir this hopefull haha!
While I remain #foreverhopeful, I feel 470s are in a difficult spot with this and though the pool scenario is better than it was in 2023, we now have category based draws which have changed the game plan. So while I am optimistic about 480s, it's the 470s I am not too sure about and have to wait the first quarter unfold to get the real gist of it all
