The suggestion of alcohol was ugly. Alcohol around a pool is the homeowner, suggesting she might have partaken of unconsumed alcohol in glasses is simply disgusting. The connotation being, poor housekeeper can't afford her own so she has to drink somebody's waste alcohol. It's so salacious it should've been left out.
After reading these comments, I despair for our jury system. People jumping to conclusions with ZERO facts. There is nothing here to suggest foul play, or "an affair", or anything other than a housekeeper sneaking a few too many drinks and paying a very high price. OR it could be an affair. OR it could be foul play. OR it could be something else. Without any more information, having ANY opinion about what happened is idiotic.

Well we dont know what happened.It might be that some one tried to rob the place.She caught them and they chased after her and eithet shot her or strangled her if the person was able to catch her.There have been cases were burglars or killers have actually taken showers cooked food and drank booze.We also dont know anything about the family.Maybe most of the family was gone, but maybe someone stayed behind.Could have been a teenager or older son or daughter.How many bottles were found?? was it one or more? Were any cigarette butts or pot joints around, that indicates could be more than one person.Maid could have smoked, but she would hide it before the family got back. Another thing, did they have any pets?If these people have a dog or two, they might not bark, Because they know the person, whether a family member or a friend of the maid or the family.

Happens all the time with spas, hot water and drinking make one tired and they pass out, never drink in a spa alone. SA NEWS comments are wild, the stampede in India, was like wow.
