Early on you mention once a milestone has been claimed no one else may claim it. Other players can claim the same milestone provided that they do so during the same turn. Occasionally there may not be enough milestones cards; please make a proxy copy to hand out in that case.
@@BryanPanting That's true, but that part is just a broad overview. In the section where I go in depth about milestones I mention that multiple players can achieve it in one turn. Good point about there not always being enough though, I'll add a note about that.
18:43 oof, we’ve played this game so many times and completely overlooked the “pay employees at the beach” rule. Will change the dynamic for sure. Thanks for the great video!

We all watched this a couple of times through before playing at the weekend. Had an absolute blast with the game. Thanks for this resource! You're the best teacher on UA-cam (and the bar is high).
14:03 If you always place the aircraft with the nose touching the board that will ensure you get the orientation correct! If you place the nose away from the board your airplane is flying in the wrong direction.😅
Thanks for this! I've been curious about this game since the wonderful SU&SD review so many years ago. Their explanation left a few things unclear, so now that i have a much better understanding, i may get this! I have a few friends that love ultra-crunchy games like this so it may be a good fit! Also, i love the aesthetic of this game - it's so evocative of that period of advertising! And your choices of music/ images for each section were on-point!
And also the most expensive. I have seen copies of this thing go higher than packs of all Nemesis games with all expansions. One would think the game would be full of gold... or at least quality components. But nope.
Question on the drink pathing at 10:04. In the example, you go past the lemonade and the beer, collecting them. Instead, could you have chosen the lemonade and the soda next to house #4, skipping the beer near house #15?
Yes, that would have been a legal play. You aren't skipping it exactly though, because in order to go to the soda, you would never have been adjacent to it.
You so nearly got the pronunciation right. You say the 'sp' in both 'splotter' as well as 'spellen' the same way you do as in 'spelling' or 'spells'. Great job on the rest of it though!

Nice job! I’ve heard this game is ultra brutal, so having a calm rules explanation helps a lot.
Thanks! Happy to help!

Oh yeah, that's an easy one to miss. Best of luck adapting your strategies!
I played this game 4 times, all of them with this rule wrong. Now this game got a lot harder 😅

Fantastic tutorial, I found this so easy to follow! I'm playing it for the first time at a con tomorrow, I can't wait!
Thanks! Hope it helped!
Perfectly explained - thanks a ton for that! 🤝🏻
Happy to help!
Wow, great video. The rules don’t seem that complicated. It’ll be in the playing that the complexity will show.
Thanks! And yeah, you are absolutely right about that.

Haha, fair point I guess
Looks kind of fun but kind of also like thinky homework.

@RTFM You filled up all three of my Demand Token slots, and I had to purchase. Couldn't help it, it's the rules!
This is the best boardgame, ever made.

I have a question when paying workers does that money go back to the bank or out of the game?
It goes back to the bank.

Following up on this in the Zepplin pilot example didn’t actually follow the roads? Or was it because the restaurants entrance is facing an overpass?
