0:10 It isn't deck building, though. You never shuffle. Your "hand" isn't even secret, you lay most of your cards on the table every round. "Tableau building," "hand building," "pool building" are all terms that would work.
I know you have complained about this before, but it is also helpful if words mean things. The key component of a "deck" is that you are drawing randomly from it. I wouldn't mind if someone called Quacks of Quedlinburg or Orleans a "deck builder" because, even though they are technically cardboard or wooden pieces, you are randomizing them. But you never randomize your cards in FCM or Concordia or any other "hand / pool / tableau builder." Just because the things you are taking are cards doesn't make it a "deck builder." Would you consider St Petersburg a deck builder? Colloretto? No Thanks? Collecting cards is not "deck building."
I wouldn't wince at this if you were a random person in a game store. But you are a reviewer. You could at least try to use terminology in a way that makes sense.

This is an awesome explanation of the game! One question:
    What is “grab assing”?
It seems you’ve traded one euphemism (beaching) for another and I’m not exactly sure what either means. It sounds as if it means employees grabbing each other’s asses which doesn’t make sense to me. However, I think it’s an implication that they are “doing nothing” or “being unproductive”. Is that correct?

    • @NightsAroundaTable
