Incredible!!! I just tried the hop and i imediatly felt my glutes fire up. It also reminded me of my childhood the way i used to move and jump and the muscle memory which i used to jump with popped back up.
I just came across your work from the art of the love podcast….watched a few videos…..without knowing of your work came to the same conclusion! I started doing this method of hoping, movement and strength training about a year ago and have slowly been getting better at it… my intent was trying to connect the ankle/foot complex to the glutes and I started to figure out how to get the average person out of pain and getting springy. excited to start applying this to the hands/fingers. so cool, I will continue to expand my learning through what you have found…thanks for posting your work!! it’s crazy fun to get someone’s glutes to fire by changing there ankle complex
3:35 Where is the video about hyperarch hop? I have a similar posterior shin pain problem like Adam described in the interview (Aug 19 2020), I start to get it in both legs if I don't take 2 days off in between runs.
I need help with the hyperarch squat. I always make sure I tighten my abs and I make sure my feet are in the mode. The problem is that I only feel glutes every 2-3 reps. And sometimes not at all. I could really use some help with this.
