I kind of do a 2,3,4,5,6 throw. I still getting used to the speed of full 1-6. But still much better then just the 5-6 I was doing last summer.

What if there he worked on not letting torso go forward, in essence, tried to keep his head more in one place. Hips go forward, but not the head (and shoulders).

@@aretethrowsnation basically I'm just wondering if my thinking or analysis is correct

Curious,; why isn't the lower left more linear and the upper right right rotary? I understand what you're trying to get from the athlete, but wouldn't a linear action from the left lower side be a faster movement creating more stretch?

James Null james. Not quite sure what your asking. This is a big part of the TCR. Easier to communicate positions and location in the ring. Going left to right is pretty linear.

@@aretethrowsnation great video, my kids have the hardest time with this phase of the throw since the balance must be maintained an theee is a transfer of weight. I'm just trying to figure out how to maintain continuous motion and power as the weight transfers. I thought that if the left foot goes straight back it would help stretch the middle more to create a more powerful rotary motion..., thanks for your help😎.

James Null we think we understand what you are asking. The left is going to move behind the left and open. And the left while linear, must assist in rotation after the push off now it has to rotate into (pillar 5-6) and get on the ground quickly. Does that make sense ?

@@aretethrowsnation yes, since you said it needs to assist with rotation, the path described in the video makes sense, as does the left opening as well. I'll try thg is out in the coming weeks and get back. Thanks😊
