- 1.5 million hits! This has to be an achievement for me. also i noticed someone had asked if i made this video myself. And to answer that, yes, using clips from the movie "Top Gun", all the editing was done by myself
comment and rate please.
This video was a high school project using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Just came here again after Top Gun 2! What an amazing soundtrack, perfect to listen while dogfighting in Dcs.
edit after 1 year: Hopefully I will join the Turkish Air Force Academy next year, and of course still dogfighting in DCS. God bless all aviators.
This is an example of what the 80's produced, incredible action packed movies with super cool soundtrack. Nothing today can competete with that.

This was the absolute coolest soundtrack. I'm 38... I remember when my dad bought the cassette for me (when I was 10) on a trip to SF. God rest him. I still have the the case, tape, and insert.

Great song. Still great after all these years too. It's even good for working out as well, just like most of the Top Gun soundtrack.

I remember when I heard this song, we were traveling through this HUGE thunderstorm with lightning and hail. Fit the situation perfectly because it was one hell of a storm.

The first time I heard this amazing song was in 4th grade.

Both are solid, but Mighty Wings is the clear winner. Also Marietta's "Destination Unknown" is the wild-card runner up.

I love this song so much. A good bit of music hit its peak around the time this movie was made and the soundtrack was put to it. It is a pity that it has declined so much since then. This music makes me want to do...so much...

The USN did that, resulting in the F-14B and D models, sometimes known as the Super Tomcat, aka Tighter Turning Turkeys! Great aircraft, but a product of early 70s technology kept up to date over the years... which means that, as beautiful as it once was, it got old and worn out. I know the Navy would love to still have the Tomcat's capability, but it would require a new design, and no-one's going to shell out the money to do that.
