What an uplifting success story, thank you both for sharing. You look so vibrant and healthy Clare. So much of Clare’s issues resonated with me and made me feel very emotional and realise that there is hope and that I can and will get through this. It hit home to me that I need to do this emotional work, though I don’t know where to start.
Thank you so much for your words ❤ I understand that it can be hard to know where to start. I read alot, dived deeply into Jim's resources on his UA-cam channel, and just knew that I would need some 121 support to help me. Hold onto the belief that you can do this ❤
Thank you Peggy ❤ I so appreciate your words. Keep going, you will get there. Trust the process. My work with Jim has transformed my life. And I do the work everyday still. You've got this Peggy ❤
Hoping this finds you all well and sharing a loving, compassionate reminder that we need to do the work on a daily basis❤ ... i share this as i missed a few days, picked myself up afain and I'm loving being back in the work❤
This was very helpful for me. Thank you Clare. Sounds like we’ve had a similar journey with TMS. I’ve come a long way in the past few years but still a ways to go. You reminded me of numerous important snags to watch out for. Those amygdala hijacks are so sneaky. Agreed that Jim’s work has been super helpful to me too. 🙏🏼🌸✨
Thank you so much Clare for sharing your story.. so many of the sensations resonated with me and I have improved in this journey in the past few years, still have sensations and trusting the process more. Your story just gave me a breath of more hope..🥹🙏🏼 so happy for you and grateful to hear about your journey and encouragement..🙏🏼 Jim, thank you so much for the work you do, the hope you give us and your compassionate way of talking to us.. I have found your somatic tracking exercises a key in this journey.. thank you so much..🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thank you so much Clare for sharing your story!! It was so incredibly helpful for me to hear your journey. I can relate to so much of what you you said. I've been wearing the same pair of sneakers for 16 years (I beat you by 10 years) and Jim has encouraged me to buy a new pair. I know it's not about the sneakers! I'm curious, what are the questions you wrote down and asked yourself when your amygdala was hijacked? Also, did your tinnitus just fade away one day or did you actively use a specific strategy/tool on that to help it go? I also have the ringing in my ears. I'm so glad you are better and that you were willing to share your story so that you could help other people. You have given me hope that it's possible. God Bless you! Thank you again.
Thank you so much for your gorgeous words. It sounds like you're doing amazing work to heal ... you've got this and it's awesome that you're also working with Jim. Take good care ... the notes I made were from my sessions with Jim. They would help me to think straight when I was triggered and I couldn't get my front brain back on line. ❤ Keep going ... you've got this ❤
Hi Jim, many thanks for the interview! Do you have an experience of working with people who sustained the plexus brachial traumatisme and the persistent pain related to this? Thanks 😊
Jim, I find my IBD symptoms flare up when I become frightened about climate change, the rise of far right politics and the cost of living. How do I deal with this in a constructive way? I feel so helpless and hopeless.
One thing that I have had to on my recovery (I was watching lots of pro-democracy content talking about how Trump could/would distroy democracy if he wins, etc. (that may very well be true), was on Twitter a lot, etc.) is give up Twitter, News, and politics FOR NOW and it has made big difference. I can't really do anything about this until I vote except some small donations so watching that content was only making me afraid and my mood would go up and down based on what was happening politically. First I cut way down and recently I have almost cut it all out and I am doing so much better as a result. I wish you the best!!!
Will this work if your pain came on after a surgery? I woke up from a hysterectomy five years ago with a completely numb sacrum. This led to pain which has never left.
I have the same question I had dental surgery bone surgery on my jaw it’s called cavitation surgery and woke up with what they call the suicide disease trigeminal neuralgia. It’s called a typical or type two trigeminal neuralgia. I’ve had it two decades nothing helps the pain level is so high I meditate 2 to 3 hours a day usually three just to be able to get up and go to the store. Talking chewing everything Causes the pain to increase and I was told by the Dentist and neurologists that it’s a forever pain it’s a one in 1 million that’s just the way it is. Curious if you ever got help for your pain that occurred after a surgery. I did have other health issues and pain that were disabling this all happened in my 30s early 40s I was able to calm down a lot of it even interstitial cystitis and Related burning pain that lasted over a decade but all of this my body created the surgery and trigeminal neuralgia it was created by someone else.
I have heard stories from others that have healed from all sorts of things, so I believe you can. Tms can be triggered by legitimate illnesses, injuries or any type of trauma. Surgery is a big deal and it's possible your brain felt really threatened by it and the alarms haven't turned off since. ❤
