Helmet thanks so much, this is very inspiring esp for those of us with food sensitivities! I am on that journey with SLOW success. Can you share what “DOSE” stood for, and what you did in those DOSE routines in a nutshell? Eg, Journalling?

      @@Elizabeth-uc3dxdose stands for dopamine, OxyCotin
, serotonin and endorphins and it’s happy chemicals - a form of mood elevation that is a part of brain retraining programs. You can google dose chemicals on google images and it should give you Some ideas of which activities can raise each chemical :)

Pain or symptoms means your brain is perceiving danger. It is a meaningful message,
Don’t ignore, reassure that your safe knowing that your well and this is temporary which means there's nothing to fix
    Embrace it to erase it
    What you resists persists
It’s Prime Time when symptoms are high as you have a direct line to your communicate with the mind
When symptoms are back fear no more because you have the chance to update once more.
Failure lets you learn what not to do so become grateful for what failure has done for you.
Nature needs no help just non interference
You can only control your own actions not anyone’s or anything’s reactions

Fantastic -- how inspiring! Confidence and curiosity! Keeping going beyond losing the symptoms. And I love the so-called "ego-thing" of going deeper for greater mastery. Wow Helmut. Thanks for the inspiration. And more spiritual. Able to flow with it more. And I love your explanation comparing this to Wim Hof method.
