Interesting comparison...Pasadena Plus is Alnico V magnet, modeled after a Duncan JB, the Burstbucker is Alnico II, the Nazgul is ceramic and the Super Distortion is also ceramic. I didn't find all that much difference between these perhaps due to the compression that YT does. I'm sure they sounded and felt different in the room. I can't say I'm a fan of the Nazgul, but the others are classic pups where you can't go wrong. That said, maybe this is why I've become a bigger fan of the EMGs like the 81 since I started using it in my Schecter DJ Ashba signature.

Thank you for this comparison. Was considering a Gibson vs Schecter vs superstrat for my next HH guitar, this made me really drift to Schecter.
