Starter relay is the first relay he points to when describing the 2 relays he cannot identify.

excellent video, i have issues finding the relay on this car for fan, low and high, what happens is that when my car is hot, it seems that the relay for the ac compressor stops working, compressor test are ok and the rest of sensors are ok too, but high speed fan doesnt work properlly , fan has two cables , would you know where that relay or convertor is ?

that would be simple , just bypass the original connector , than wire it up from the battery with a switch

If you mean the " check engine light " , than it's good to be off when the engine is running :)
