I think the girls not having eyes is a subversion of an old trope that I mostly saw in visual novels, where it was usually male main characters who don't have eyes because they're supposed to be 'blank-slate' self-insert characters, so in this show it's the opposite- the female supporting characters don't have eyes.
Nah, its more like each episodes are meant to be in the pov of the protagonists, which in this case, the boys. The blank face of the girls represents how boys don't really know what the girls are thinking, and all the dialogues and monologues are from the perspective of the boys, hence the blank face. The girls are like foreign entities for the boys. On the scenes where the girls are actively participating with the scene and interact, they showed their face, like the girls school student council president, or the standalone episodes of the high school girls at the end of some episodes. Its also becoming kind of inside joke where the guys literally can't remember the faces of the girl.
Today the wind...is troubled. The Literature Girl bits are my favorites only because you can tell the director told the voice actors "go crazy" and clicked "Record". And yes. They did make a song out of the things they said.

Basically its about supernatural oddities and solving them. Its monologue/dialogue based anime with mix of comedy and later on action. Its one of a kind anime and I havent seen anything like it to this day.
For the first episode, I think at the end of the song they made a statement saying the song was a stand in for the actual ending song because they were being lazy and didn’t have the real one done yet
Amplo we finished the series. It definitely wasn’t bad, but with the highs it also had lows. Like there were a handful of acts that were just dry humor imo. Overall though it’s not bad.
