This is the most insane and epic game in the tournament so far.

Entire series is shaping up to be an exhaust game IRL 😂 48 minute games oof. Excellent start to the series.

The hero reaver Warbringer makes an appearance in spirit via the reaver with more than 100 kills this match!
That Reaver: I only executed my programm.
Warbringer only showed up in _Enslavers,_ which I never even played. I but I will always remember it because it was used in so many UMS games.

What a great defense at that ramp. all that AOE is just...
speechless.
As far as I remember he can attack right after being dropped because patches don't apply to Hero units.

That was a "300" Style defence, supported by a John Wick Reaver. Hyper efficient
I thought the 103 kills on the thumbnail was a fake, but holy moly what a matchup. And that reaver alone was the clutch for motives win.
Glad to see I wasn't the only one thinking the thumbnail was fake rofl.
It is still kinda fake that reaver took a few more lings before going to Valhalla
@@JonaSiles We saw -103- on the reaver at one point. (Yes I just stared at the kill count) and then it definetly killed 4 more units on screen, -107- and there was an entire engagement that Arty missed which had a large group of ling hydra come in (Which would probably mean it got 5-10 more kills in that.)
Edit: The zerg went from 98 to 76 supply during that engagement so assuming half were hydras, that would be 11 hydras, and a potential 22 more lings. So if the Reaver got any of the availble 33 kills we hit atleast -111- ish
Ya and the fact he was flexing with his 1hp. That was sick
Why on EARTH did Miso keep attacking up a ramp against archons and reavers and templar?!?!!? All he had to do was keep dropping instead of funneling army after army into protoss splash damage at the top of a ramp. That was the throw of the century

I commented the same thing. I think he really wanted to end the game and was tilted/flustered. He just a moved over n over LOL. He should've tried to drop, while attacking the front at the same time. Or he could even use mutas or guardians like artosis said. Attacking straight into archon reaver up a ramp is the worst thing ever.
Wanted to end too badly.
I suspect he thought the game was over.
@@joshuanorthey2026 I mean it basically was. All he had to do is drop 3 dropperlord of lings and also attack up the ramp at the same time and he probably couldve snipped the base.
This may have been my favourite game casted on ArtosisCasts ever. For it to be the semifinals of a tournament as well is unreal!
Petition to buff Reaver: gain 1% movement speed for each unit killed.
Dude, this one would be able to outrun zerglings ... not very fair if you ask me.
And give it sunglasses at 100 kills.

Nyeh 104% movement buff to a reaver would walk slower than a slow hydra. Trust me I checked. 😂

At 35:41 motive was down 102 supplies.. he only had 49 supplies while miso had 151.. only 5 mins later, he won the game.. that's probably more impressive than the 100+ kills reaver.
100 kills of reaver = 100 less supplie so that reaver is a big party of victory.
Some of those kills were lings so they're 1/2 supply lol
i dunno, that Reaver is literally what caused the supply differential lol
@@chloesmith4065 even 50 supplies less thanks for only one unit. It's a still greate part of victory.

In hindsight mis0 should have dropped the main first, then sandwich the natural. Oh well it was awesome

Coming here just after watching the scan series and have loved this tournament been some phenomenal games. Thanks for the top tier casts of them artosis keeps me watching bw even after all this time!
Definitely one of the best games I've ever seen. From being down so much throughout the game, especially at the end, and pulling a win, just crazy
Epic shocking game! Miso beats Motive, but then the Reaver shows up and the game changes completely. It was still 15 minutes left when there was a tiny chance for Motive to survive. Gosh. Thanks for casting Artosis

Miso did in the late game what Motive did in the early-mid game. Relentlessly attack into an unbreakable defense! The ONE TIME Guardians would have been an assured victory, there's none to be seen. Seeing that zerg bank disappear in a matter of MINUTES is shocking, to be honest. I am shocked!

That was a sick game! I thought it was over for motive and he just kept at it and played so well under all that pressure! AND THATS HOW WINNIN IS DONE!

This has to be one of the most absurd throws ever in the pro scene. A round of mutas, a few guardians, so many ways that could've easily been a MisO win.

Building the third hatch on location is a good move, really takes a long time to float the hatch over otherwise, lose a lot of mining time

If you told me somebody came back from being back almost 100 supply to win the match, I would NOT have guessed that they were Protoss... playing against Zerg. At that point Zerg had 135 army supply to Protoss' 55 army supply, which is probably something like 150 units for Zerg and 25 units for Protoss
It was over 100 supplies. 102 to be exact.. at 35:41 it was 49 to 151.. only 5mins and some change later, he won the game.
Definitely one of the most entertaining games in a while. GG to both Motive and MisO.

It's INSANE the disparity of effort for Z to beat P. This is very common looking game in ladder
scrub comment. the zerg has so many easy ways to win ZvP and even here the zerg just threw super hard at the end lol

Yesterday I was watching this during my break and I had to close the vid with 4 mins left and I was like “I’m just gonna go check the next game, Motive lost”. But then I decided to watch anyways, and holy cow that was the correct decision!
This game reminds me one of the ASL game played by Best and Action a few season ago, where Best keeps defending with very low supply but very cost efficiency units comp and ends up winning the game

When I saw the score from the 2nd game video showing Motive had a win I thought I was misremembering but that defense was awesome.
