Good to see Dirrel doing well. Man, what a talent! I remember seeing him as a 119 lbs. fighter at the U.S. Nationals in 2001. Like the way Daru explains everything

Awesome video Phil! Currently have similar left shoulder issues from fight training for 30 years and have been following many of your videos. Knees over toes fixed my knee, hopefully I can get the shoulder back training and bow hunting without pain. Thanks again for your content. Matt(Australia)

These type of exercises are some of the hardest! Perfect form, no momentum and controlled. Also its working small stabilizer muscles in movement patterns most people arent used to. Dont let the light weight fool you, these can be way harder than moving heavy weights.

Dirrel was really good highly skilled boxer. I remember he got hit when he was down on one knee after he slipped in a fight he was dominating and he has was effected really bad by that it took a lot from him. Still a beast

Love that Legends Never Die was playing in the background. I feel like Phil may like other songs from Riot, especially from the War Songs album, their cinematics such as Awaken or the 2020 version of Imagine Dragons’ Warriors, and songs that are the theme for League’s yearly World Championship events like Rise, Phoenix, and OG Warriors by Imagine Dragons.
