Being an adult isn’t what you think it will be like when you’re a teenager! Some mom advice: make sure you are taking a multi vitamin and maybe even some supplements like B12).

b12 is mostly necessary only if you are vegetarian/vegan :) no need for vitamins unless theres a deficiency. should rather go to a doctor to see if there is a deficiency and then go from there :)

Check the soil of the plant with your finger to see if its soaked and if so, don't water it too much. Put less water during winter and more in summer. Soil must get dry between waterings.

About the plant: or it has too much/too little water or it has too much/ too little sunlight.
Try change one of those things and check if there's any different after a week ☺
My guess would be the sunlight but I don't know how much light your home gets

hello so for plant there is something know as uram for plants its in tamil but you can search in internet for the english meaning after you get that for house plant you can use umm there is called this manpulu uram you can search in english what that's means in eng after you buy that take one glow take some of manpulu uram and spred it aroun the sand so it will grow healthy also you should only water in mug because if you use water bottle you dont know how much you are pouring in the pot so use mug to pour water for plant ony 1 mug of water if you pour overly high in few days the plant will die also if you egg shell means dont throw it away use it for plants like banana peels, tomato wastes i hope you understand it i am sorry if its does not help that much

Hmm got an tip for backpain while working infront of a desk, sit at 115-135 degrees, as if you own the place. Thanks to that I have had 0 issues with my back even though I used to work 12hour shifts just sitting infront of a computer.
Well I also used to workout alot then(damn corona!) so my back was thankfully well supported too, so may weigh in, but at least thats what worked for me :)
oh and another part, do rest your forearms on your desk so as to not strain your wrist, also want to keep a nice angle, highly individual. I liked to alternate after each fika to be fair :)
7:52 You should get one of these littles sensors that show you how wet the soil is or the stones are. Then you don't water too much or forget it.

Girl... I feel you about the cleaning plus I have cats and a 7 year old. #1 things that have helped: Roomba i7 is scheduled daily and I have a auto-mop that just does great (samsung mop) Those two things have helped tremendously!

My mom nurtures the crap out of her plants lol. I’m not really sure what the problem is, but here are a few things to try: use distilled or filtered water, water the same amount consistently, change the soil, replant it, add moisture/humidity to the air, change the location, and you can trim the brown parts. I hope this helps 😊
My advise about your plant is that plants only need to but watered throughly about once every week or two weeks not every day. If you water it too much it will also start to die from over hydration. I also agree with most people in the comments it needs some more sunlight maybe put it out by the window twice a week?? I hope this helps, let us know if it gets better!

try to move the plant pot away from the corner / walls so the leaves don't touch anything and actually have space. I think it might help. And watering of course, every 2-3 days.
