You can also use an extra virgin olive oil, or an almond oil or you can try a grape seed oil. I do love facial oils it’s just about finding the right one and being sure your skin loves the ingredients.

      Baking soda is alkaline in nature and helps to soften sebum and thick calloused old skin. It clears and open pores and helps skin to be more clear. Don’t be afraid of it. If you JUST used baking soda and didn’t moisturize or drink water or care for your skin I may worry. 🙌🏻🍑Lisa

    Hi Lisa. I just discovered your videos. Your skin looks beautiful. I’m in my late 60s and the skin around my eyes is crepey and thin. Would exfoliation with baking soda be okay for me? I live in Louisiana; what kind of esthetician clinic is best? I have these tiny raised bumps on my forehead that I suspect are clogged pores? (but my dermatologist has no answer). I am thinking exfoliation may be answer?

      Yes! Exfoliating is the answer. I suggest you start with baking soda and water and make a paste. Be sure to be gentle as you exfoliate for about 10 seconds, rinse and moisturize. Be sure to use good skin care, I call ours, food for your skin.
      At night apply some Black Jamaican Castor Oil under your eyes. If you would like a complimentary consultation simply email Lisa@peachesskincare.com. If I don’t answer today I didn’t get it. Use two S’S.

    • @PeachesSkinCare
      @PeachesSkinCare  Рік тому +2

      @@normakarina8722 hello🧡
      I think tretinoin and Retin-A or retinol are wonderful for the skin , WHEN your skin is ready. Many times people start these actives before their skin is even ready for it and it can actually cause more issues. What I do is to remove your old tissue ( callous ) and bring up new healthy skin. We feed your skin and massage and start you on a natural ( not pharmaceutical) encapsulated Retinol. It is easier for your skin to take in and create change. Does this help Norma?

    Hi Lisa! I have bluish-purple under eyes, not so much puffy. I am starting to notice some wrinkles, plus I have eye hallowing. What are your suggestions for this issue? I also, wanted to know should I do all three treatments, baking soda, polish, and the mask , or can I just start out with the baking soda?

    • @PeachesSkinCare
      @PeachesSkinCare  3 роки тому +3

      Christine,
      Good Morning ☀️
      Do you use an eye creme? Look for one with Vitamin K and E ( peaches had both). Vitamin K will help with the blueish-purple. Also start massaging your face daily ( I do every night ). Hallowing eyes are normal, is it just that you don’t like it? When you see women puffed up that’s not normal.
      Mask , baking soda and water and polish... All three are gentle enough to do everyday but start with your comfort level. I do polish every day, baking soda a few times a week ( more when I feel I need it) and I do miracle mask every morning or Vaseline or olive oil,if I feel dehydrated. Although miracle mask is hydrating sometimes I just wake up feeling dry. Part is winter and part is menopause. Miracle mask is amazing and can be done at any point in the day. Does this make sense?
      Love your a peach. 🙌🏻🍑Lisa

I have never spent a lot of time in the sun, mostly because I just never enjoyed it. Do you have any ideas of how to reduce this redness? Foundation I could take it or leave it. Love your informative videos....I did order your eye cream! Very nice product. Also as I have aged my undereyes seem to have lost volume and seem more sunken deeper in my face that is also am area of concern I have no idea I how to help. I don’t have any problems with bags at all. The concealer will absolutely
      Continue to make it worse so try to stop. Try to apply an over the counter cortisone cream like “ Cortizone 10” let’s see if that helps. Even if they don’t itch it can be fungal. Of it is just discoloration ..
      🍑manuka honey and Turmeric mask
      🍑Manuka honey and Aspirin mask.
      Try one mask and see and try the next. Let’s see if we can get rid of the red callous and bring up some new tissue.
      Our eye creme won’t feel super moisturizing, but it is working. It is filled with so many antioxidants to help change that skin and vitamin K to help with texture and color.
      As for them being hollow once the redness is better it may look just fine. Massage your face ( facial yoga, micro current, jawzercise) and work on the muscles and that will help as well.
      Now if you need concealer even after all of this please do as natural as you are able. Here are two brands ( mineral fusion and Pacifica) 🙌🏻🍑Lisa

    • @PeachesSkinCare
      @PeachesSkinCare  4 роки тому +2

      Good morning Shannon,
      I love to use my Nuface ( micro current) and facial massage or facial yoga. I do this every night ( the next video will be my nighttime regime) These all help to drain the lymphatic system around the eyes.
      Also try to drink a lot of water before bed and be mindful of any make up you use on you eye during the day. Many times something you are doing like make up may be the culprit. Swollen eyes and saggy eyes can also be caused from allergies,so test taking an antihistamine for a couple days.
      I use a Pacifica eye liner and I use to use a MAC ( but not cruelty free). I am super aware if an eye liner makes me feel itchy or red so be mindful when trying anything new.
      I hope this helped. I will be doing more facial yoga techniques soon.

    Hi Lisa, wondering if the castor oil would cause milia, as you mentioned those were packed little oil balls that need to be pro removed.? Thank you!

    • @PeachesSkinCare
      @PeachesSkinCare  4 роки тому +2

      Jacqueline,
      Hello🌞
      My belief and what I have seen in three decades of caring for skin, is that milia is caused from thick skin. The skin thickens to protect itself ( callous layer) from bad products or foundation and concealers and it starts to dry out or die ( dead skin cells) so the skin to save itself creates to much oil. That oil gets lodged underneath the skin creating Milia. Does this help? It’s why people with what they think is oily skin just keep perpetuating the oil by using overly drying products. When you treat the skin normal, it acts normal.
      Castor oil is just fine. 🙌🏻🍑Lisa
