I wanted to remind everyone the callous layer is many layers. I always tell a client to imagine having 30 layers of Saran Wrap on their face and that we are going to remove about 6-7 with professional microdermabrasion. With baking soda it’s just not as much or as deep. However you will see a difference! Than find an esthetician and really get things glowing. Stay beautiful naturally! Love Lisa❤️

      Good morning
I can absolutely help you! However, I don’t believe in a lot of the over-the-counter products that are available to the consumer. Many have fillers or additives that actually harm your skin, and are simply not strong enough with antioxidants to create change in the skin. In fact, there have been studies showing that many just sit on top of the skin and create no cellular or deep change.
When you are ready and would like to try Peaches, I will guide you every step of the way . You can email me at lisa@peachesskincare.com or info@peachesskincare.com.

    Hi Lisa,
I just stumbled across your videos and I am so excited i did, I can’t wait to do this 7 day cleanse and learn more from you!
I was diagnosed with guttate psoriasis as a teenager leading me to awareness of gut health and fragrance free and natural beauty products the last 15 years. However, I feel I’m stuck in a rut with my skincare routine, and I feel I need to do more to help my skin as I age.
Im very minimal with what I use which is rose water with a clove in it and jojoba oil on my face after I cleanse with either honey&lemon or Murad Essential C face wash. After I do the day 1 steps of this cleanse, what do you suggest I do next for moisturizer/night serums etc? I watched your video on Castor oil and you say to put it on after everything else… but what is everything else? Thank you for all your help!!

      Anne🍑
I’m so happy that you found me too.
Were you diagnosed with psoriasis? I know you say you were, however everything you’re using is in no way going to help your skin, the Murad essential C face wash alone is much too harsh for your skin. My belief is that rosacea, eczema and psoriasis are some of the most overly diagnosed skin diseases. When In fact, they are just active fungus. We all have natural fungus and bacteria always on our skin and it is when we leave an opening for it that it creates an issue. This can come from bad skin care products, bad sunscreen, foundation and concealer, and even the water in your home.
Why don’t you email me at Lisa@peachesskincare.com if you’re comfortable, sending me a picture of your skin that would be helpful.
I look forward to hearing from you Anne 🧡🙌🏼🍑Lisa

I have had nothing but stress since losing my child. I was just starting to do so many things for myself for once. My life has always revolved around the children. And My youngest just started college. So I wanted to work on me again. Skin care was one of them. And hair care because I have had a tough last 5+ years. I lost my brother to suicide. Three years later, I lost my dad to cancer. And now I lost my youngest baby. It has taken a huge toll on my mind, spirit & body.
Stress & malnutrition has ruined my beautiful hair & skin. I was losing weight as well. And then I suddenly, violently & tragically lost my youngest son. And the way the police handled it, I was severely traumatized. I was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety & severe & rare wave panic attacks. My doctor sent me to the ER because he thought I was having a stroke or heart attack due to all of my symptoms. Luckily everything was ok. I was then diagnosed with the above. Wave panic attacks last hours & several days. Panic attacks usually last only minutes. This is exhausting both mentally & physically. I feel extremely unwell during it. I have been a mess these last 16 weeks. It’s hard to get out of bed now.
But I found you due to researching oil & I love what you do. I’m hoping that I can get myself together enough to start doing this again. Everything is hard now. I have chronic pain from FMS & RA. So having all of this on top of it all triggers flare ups from the stress. So I need to try to relax somehow.
But I have no idea what I’m doing. I bought a travel kit of skin care. There are only 4 things to do. Anyway, I’m ready to learn how to do more. The problem is I have a TBI from a brain injury. And if it’s not all written down, then I will forget how & what to do. I have long & short term memory loss. So you see, I have had a very stressful life lately due to health, grief & stress. And it’s taken a toll on my appearance. I use to pride myself with natural minimal skin care. But I looked good. Grief has changed my health & my appearance. It’s time to change. But I need help.
Also my beautiful daughter is getting married next year. I want to look better for her special day. So I better get started now.
Is any of this information written down anywhere so I can copy it? Name of products recommended? I only used coconut oil for the last 15 years. And just started using seabella about one year ago. Thank you.

Thank you! You are so kind🧡
If it is an ingrown hair, it should work itself out. Start exfoliating gently in that area and all over your skin, look at Peaches( Flawless Exfoliator) as an example of what I recommend morning and night.
Exfoliating gently morning and night is key to allowing things to purge. Typically when I see a new client, they have a very thick callous or old tissue on their skin and we need to remove that so that things can come out. Think of layers of saran wrap.
Also start putting apple cider vinegar on the area and wear milk of magnesia overnight to dry it out . If it gets white, you can gently push it out with a Q-tip or tissue otherwise do not dig into your skin.
Remember what you use on your skin is important and bad skin care, bad, sunscreen, and foundation and concealer can clog your pores that are really hair follicles and that’s why you have an ingrown hair.
Keep me posted on how things go Lynn. I hope you choose to stay 🍑🙌🏻🧡Lisa

Which is so heartbreaking. In the spring I had somebody come to me to do microneedling, and it broke capillaries in my face. Everybody says nothing fixes them except laser. I’ve spoken to many many people who have broken capillaries and lasers are the only thing that fixed them -and I can’t get laser because I can’t leave my home. I spoken to aestheticians and cosmetic dermatologists. Who say the same. Ugh. Do you have any recommendations? (I have been using topical vitamin K , which some say helps).

      I am here for you!
Absolutely not true! Lasers do not repair, most of the time they burn and do damage.
Think of your capillaries as clogged freeways and let’s get the blood moving.
      Never do micro needling again😉
Start caring for your skin and using excellent skin care. Do the massages that I show you in my videos. Include Gua Sha and facial yoga.
Let’s get your skin in shape and let’s see what it looks like in a few months.
Don’t let people think you have to do invasive procedures to fix your skin. Many of those same people only use pills or procedures, or they are only basing things on their skin, and have no practical knowledge of skin care.

I don’t break out but my skin could sure use some brightening. I don’t clean my face properly and the one thing that I absolutely detest is the textured skin on my chin, no where else. It’s rough, it looks and feels bumpy and has little white and red bumps which look like tiny blisters. Will what you showed in this video help me? I do have deep wrinkled on my forehead I might add. Frankly, wrinkles don’t bother me but the chin area is horrible. I also have never had any invasive procedures like Botox or fillers or procedures that inundate the media - nothing. I do use Tazerac for spots and that has helped tremendously. Before I buy your products I want to know exactly what to use. Welcome !
Staph starts in the nose, and many years ago a physician that referred to me suggested that you alcohol the inside of your nose to keep your skin healthy. I have continued to have my clients do that for decades and the results are pretty incredible. The belly button and ears( blackheads) can also get very stinky and fungal and is just great to clean that area as well.

Use a body brush every time you wash. I also suggest a sugar scrub right before your final rinse( I love Pure Fiji). You can also apply Monistat 7 after you dry off. The monistat 7 classic I show. Do this AM & PM.

You should exfoliate Morning and night prior to cleansing with flawless exfoliator to loosen debris, dirt oil and dead dry skin.
Baking soda is not exfoliating it is purely to mimic micro dermabrasion that We do in our salons. You do this one to two times a week by mixing it with water( make a paste) and gently working in a circular motion on your face for 10 seconds.

This happens under the eyes as well and then we start to covered up with make up that makes the issue even worse less blood flow less hydration, and nothing can get in to feed it and nothing can get out , I would have you your under eye concealer immediately, and either start my routine or a few simple tricks that I have. You were absolutely welcome to email me at lisa@peachesskincare.com or info@peachesskincare.com or if you prefer I tell you here I can do that as well.

      Mia Wilson
      Hello🍑
At night is when our skin and our body heals. The skin ( the largest organ of the body) purges out any impurity’s from the day or anything bad for the body.
In the morning you wake up with a film of sebum, dirt oil and dead dry skin, along with dust, hairs and who knows what else. I like you to exfoliate in the morning to remove that layer so that your cleanser can feed and clean your skin. I love it done at night if you have been active or sweating through out the day, or worse wearing foundation.
As for a mask over night, I want this to capture any of the sebum and act as a Barrier for your skin. I have worn a mask of Milk of Magnesia to bed for over thirty years. I don’t really ever break out and my skin has no real wrinkles.
You should be using a PH toner in the AM to restore and help with PH. Ours is called ,” Perfect PH Toner”. When PH is set In the morning your skin is able to fight off bacteria and fungus ( always on our skin) we have issues when we activate it. The PH also helps with allowing any serums or actives to absorb properly.
I hope this helped explain things better.

I see this a lot with The Ordinary. It likely activated fungus and bacteria on your skin. It is a chemical product. I wish people wouldn’t recommend it.
Stop the Drmtology microdermabrasion scrub, I don’t like it. Keep up the baking soda and do it about 2-3xs. A week of you can.

Hi Lisa! New here! Very interested and want to try following this routine. VERY confused tho. Watched Day 1 & 2 videos. So we’re supposed to use the coffee grounds, then an antibacterial cleanser, then a gentle cleanser, then the baking soda in the AM. Is this every day? Just 7 days? Just one day? I know u said AM is MOST important but don’t we need some kind of double cleanse at night to get the SPF off?? If only 7 days, how often should we use the baking soda paste after that?? Ok, so then we use ACV with a cotton pad & follow w the rest of our routine? Is ACV AM and PM?? Also how do we actually APPLY the MOM before bed? Just put a tiny bit on a pad? Or use our fingers? How much do we use?? Should it still look white when we’re done? So like put it on like a protective layer?? Or actually work it into the skin?? I’m SO SORRY I have so many questions!! This is SO new from anything I’ve ever heard! So excited tho!!! Going to buy some of your products as soon as I can! Thank u Lisa!! 🥰💜🌷

      Welcome 🤣🤣
Love the questions and I do answer them in many videos but I get I have a lot.
Everything you do is done AM& PM. Consistency is key!
On our website peachesskincare.com on the FAQ page you can find a prescription sheet download and it is a guide to my regiment and it works! 36 years and hundreds of thousands of clients don’t lie.
Coffee grounds or flawless exfoliator is always first. To missed debris so your cleanser can clean and feed!
Antibacterial cleanser is for those of us having night sweats, for that extra clean after working out etc. I just love to use it every day. I don’t believe in a “ gentle cleanser “ but I do believe in a cleanser that feeds the skin ( antioxidants are all you need). Your cleanser is VERY important!
Baking soda and water paste can be done daily or a few times a week. Whenever you want to do it 🙌🏻 it’s amazing!! To remove the thick callous layer. Wrinkles , dark spots, thickness and dull dead skin.
Acv is AM & PM. You can make your own 3/4 ACV to 1/4 water. Kills bacteria and fungus. Use a spray bottle no need for cotton.
Double cleaning is a marketing ploy an exceptional cleanser and exfoliator will remove everything. I do not believe in foundation or concealer so I don’t believe you need to do something to remove it😉
Milk of magnesia I just use my fingers ( clean hands) and it is the last thing to go on before I go to sleep. Yes it stays white and lightens over night. It is anti inflammatory, anti aging and it helps the largest organ of the body ( the skin) to purge out impunity’s and dirt , oil and dead dry skin. I hope that makes sense?
Did I answer everything??? I am here for you 100%!

The only thing I’m unsure about is whether regular cleanser, even with the coffee grinds first, would feel like it got my SPF off at night. It’s so thick and kind of greasy feeling. Also, until I can buy your products, is there a cheap antibacterial cleanser u recommend? I get those night sweats too! 😂 Thank u again so very much! You’re wonderful! Cheryl,
Thank You for the compliment but I have always felt it was unfair to say ,” he or she had good genes.” In my career I have seen that to simply not be true.
I feel everyone needs to find the key to their beauty and who they are. I was not raised in a home where I was cared for or shown how to take care of myself. I had acne and dark patches and unruly hair and hair on my face that was embarrassing.
My point.. I have learned how to care for myself, to care for my body, my skin, my hair and my teeth. When I stopped wearing foundation in my 20s my skin changed dramatically. I have worn a hat since my 20s as well and cared for my skin religiously, so I have no real wrinkles. I Have done micro current consistently for years and been strict about my regime so my collages loss is minimal. My mother looked nothing like me and smoked and abused herself for most of her life. My point I have worked hard to care for myself in spite of where I come from. I want everyone to learn they have beauty that they need to bring out as well. Never use the excuse that someone had good genes , yes it helps for skin color and hair texture and maybe even the shape of my nose and eyes, but it stops there. If you don’t care for yourself correctly it shows.
Love you are here and I hope this gave you and other confidence to be beautiful naturally. So happy you commented and I hope to hear form you again. 🍑Lisa

    • @PeachesSkinCare
      @PeachesSkinCare  4 роки тому +1

      Sundance
      Hello and welcome!
Holistically speaking you keep doing something to heal these areas, but you must not be maintaining it. Think of it as having strep throat, you don’t finish your medicine because you think your throat feels better and the infection is gone, but in actuality you left a little bit of the bug ( bacteria) there to thrive and in a few month, you get strep throat again. So Yes!! A regime is key to healthy skin and Exfoliating is always an important part of a regime. I disagree with those that say not to exfoliate.
I also suggest Persa gel by Clean and Clear. This is a time released benzoyl peroxide. Be mindful it will bleach your clothes. Also apple cider Vinegar and Monistat 7 simple cure. All can be done Am and PM. Persa gel can be irritating so let me know if your skin does not like it.

I also believe after using it for over 3 decades that is prevents wrinkles!! I know crazy, but I see it time and time again on clients. So it’s going to get your skin acne free so your skin can concentrate on other amazing things like building collagen and preventing diseases of the skin
