So let me get this straight, you have been trying to launch GA everyday since it went offline? way to keep the flame!
Not exactly, I decided to just download somewhere 1 or 2 months ago to see the game files (for modding and all that), and so I ran it every day until I noticed that there was an update in the steamdb for the Global Agenda steamdb.info/app/17020/history/ , and I tried taking the arguments from there and using them in the shortcut and when I tried it I was able to log into the game!

Is the server still up and running? I bought the game a while back before it went Free-to-Play and barely had a chance to play it.
