I will take a no-control-borderline-shouting-emotional singer like Lewis over an over-the-top-show-off-technical-no-emotion singer like say...Ariana Grande. Nothing against Ariana but not my type of singer or musician. I listen to music that triggers feelings and, if I get goosebumps, even better! Millions of people will agree with you and millions won't.
