I'd Be Down With That. I Knit The Slipstravaganza In Neons And Black. I Absolutely Knit About 4 More Items In That UV Reactive Neon Rainbow Yarn. A Pair Of Socks Would Be 🔥
They were all beautiful in 2024 so am excited to join for 2025. I would like to see some fairly basic bed socks but from your thoughts, which would bring some fun and excitement to them. (:
I am delighted to knit with you again. You bring joy! P.S. Listening along, my vote would be for you to challenge me, but I am going to knit with you no matter what.
My absolute favorites were those socks with different textures. I found myself a little nervous because I'd never tried lace, but in this small way able to wrap my head around it, and it worked! The feeling of accomplishment was awesome. As well, there was the "just one more" feeling of it all, which made the project very exciting for me, I found myself wanting to finish just one more section. There's something for everyone in your collection. Those simpler more straightforward designs were lovely palate cleansers, and perfect for taking on the go. I'm looking forward to 2025! Happy Holidays!🎄🎄🎄
I love a sock full of interesting texture, and techniques that teach me something (which it sounds like you have already for the year!). Side note - your sweater in this video 😍
It's not a sock pattern but I'd love to see a colour popportunity hat. I've got some wool left over from my socks, there might be enough for a matching hat. And, if not, I think there might be some suitable additional yarns in my stash... I was going through some of your patterns a couple of months ago and it occurred to me that the thing that makes a lot of them work as well as they do is your choices of colour combinations.
I ever say:" i can't knit socks!" But with a friendly instruction and your tutorials why not to begin the new year with a "yes we can!!!" And some of the patterns i can take for a shawl. I am ready to bei surprised.
I knitted my first socks ever with the 2023 surprise sock along. If you can manage DPNs (or a circular needle with a magic loop), you can knit socks, especially with Stephen's tutorials. I've even created my own elf sock pattern (for Christmas decorations & other novelty purposes) since then. So I reckon you should be able to manage some socks, too. Actually, the January pattern doesn't look too difficult at all. Go for it!
Looks great BUT wish half would be toe up! I like to see more smiley faces in knit stitches, not everything downward facing. But I do appreciate all of your tutorials😊
I said it last year and I will say it again... I want fantastitch socks😅 also for DK weight I would love marled magic socks. And for a new construction I would love a heel up sock... they look a bit funky when not worn, but they fit nicely.
It is very intriguing but I am a beginning sock knitter and these are way too advanced for me. I have a huge problem with the holes that form when I "turn the heel" or whatever else it might be called. I have tried to find books to help me with this issue but can not find anything. Would you consider doing something, perhaps just a few lessons, on this issue-trouble shooting sock problems? Or on a variety of "heel" styles and how to incorporate them into any pattern.
The January socks look quite easy - a sort of sock gateway drug. I'm someone who only started sock knitting 18 months ago with the 2023 surprise sock along. I've now got several finished socks, plus a whole lot of novelty mini-socks (but they do involve all the techniques needed to make regular people, top down socks), plus a ball and two hanks of sock yarn plus, um, I'm spinning some sock yarn... So you can definitely do it!
I would be so happy to see brioche socks from you. In crazy neon's. With garter details. You know what I mean! 😜

Last year’s socks are beautiful. I’m still pretty new to sock knitting.
Really love the texture and socks that incorporate mock cables. Excited to see you continue with the year of socks!
Would love some longer socks that are more like stockings: thanks for everything you do!! You have taught me so much!!

❤ you are Amazing Stephen. Have a wonderful Christmas!!
I love to see more dk weight socks please.
Ok, I’m in. Last year I did 8 of them. Going for the whole enchilada this year. ❤
Knitting the eyeball shawl now, and really wonder what socks would go with that 😲
i'd love a sock pattern based on the Rockefeller shawl. It's still a favourite with the art deco pattern
Totally agree with you! Rockefeller and art deco architecture details translated to socks would be excellent!
I am delighted to knit with you again. You bring joy! P.S. Listening along, my vote would be for you to challenge me, but I am going to knit with you no matter what.
These look fantastic!!❤❤
My suggestion is an Exploration Station pair , with asymmetric short row detail in the leg and the stitch patterns on the top foot.

Beautiful ❤️
Simply irresistible! 🤩😍🥰
My favorites were the ones with sections of different patterns, with colorwork like spiral splash.
Obsessed ❤
Lace and beginners friendly

Brioche ist super!
Yay! I've been waiting for this.
Quite inspiring !!!

Was für wundervolle Socken! 😍🧦 😍 Das klingt spannend für das nächste Jahr und ich überlege mitzumachen.
Feliz Natal , tudo de bom ❤

I'm happy to go top down, for me a toe up sock would be a learning experience. And that could be a good thing.
Ich freue mich sehr darauf ❤
Lace socks please 🙏
Briornate? You Did Dustland Already...
Now A Moody Dusky Magenta Briornate Pair. 😅
Obviously I Have A Yarn In Mind 😆
Endlich verstehe ich alles🎉😂😊

What sweater pattern are you wearing? Has it been released yet?
I would love to see toe up socks
I like simple but not too simple 😅

I have a feeling the Nimble Needles channel might have a video on the topic of the holes when you turn the heel.
Seriously... just take my money! 😂
Hah, hah!
No brioche 😂😂😂
I would love to have a matching pair for my exploration station!
Beautiful socks in 2023&2024 I am sure that also the 2025 will be gorgeous!

Mit der KI Übersetzung ist nicht schön und häufig falsch. Schade. Der Stil von Stephan geht verloren.

Sounds like lots of fun but I'm so "yikes" about it

Where is a good slow UA-cam tutorial to show me how to make socks please.
Clo'tricot for exemple and you can slow the tuto yourself 😉
@@callissandre9212 thank you so much
Anything put just textured stitch patterns like the Dustland patterns, that's a bit too boring.
I don't want this AI -voice on the german translation, how can I stop this?? ☠️
