This looks like a great recipe. Glad you're using real whipped cream. Do you ever toast the coconut? My little grandsons are going to LOVE this. They love fruit and have discovered that maraschino cherries are to be eaten out of the jar and picked off the top of Black Forrest cake.🎂🥰

I don't like nuts in ambrosia salad. Otherwise, it's great made with sweetened heavy whipping cream.
Actually, most people DO use marshmallows.
