Great build! Congratulations! Question... when you show the completed engine bay at the end of the video, I noticed the hydraulic fluid reservoir is missing that belongs by the ABS. How is your ASD diff operating without this tank? Did you not install the ASD control module to trigger the mechanism? My 95 has ASD without self leveling and has the reservoir only for the ASD. Just curious... Thanks!

Tip on bleeding brakes, just open the nipple a little bit and let gravity do its thing, had to change a lot of brake lines on mb wagons alone and
Have tried that several times but i have not got the pedal feeling right until bleeding them with pressure
@@Blomppo995 seems to be different, but usually i needed them to be open for a long time. Like a lunch break or something like that. I usually just worked on other cars that I had come in

Might sound stupid but i'd like to vent my crankcase into a catch can instead of directly back into the turbo because i'm tired of having a filthy horrible engine bay but i've heard that it could be bad for the inlet valve seats. Is it a stupid theory? What do you do on your builds?

How do you get this car to pass annual inspection (mot test) power wise? Surely 500hp is well over weigth/power ratio?
Dyno cetrificate with lower power for MOT. But with todays standards you can leagally have 450hp in a car that wheighs 1700kg in Finland.

I actually dont understand 6:00 that moment, what i need to do? just put vaseline inside and turn some screw to close this, or put vaseline and then original hydraulic pipe?
I dont know how to describe it better 😂 you build up a little bit of pressure in the old hydraulic system so the diff works like a normal LSD instead of locking the diff totally with 70bar as the stock system does.
@@Blomppo995 i got this diff in CLK w208, and i just put the brake hose to the diff and put pressure by air, but it work only for 1 minute and pressure dissapears, so i need to tight up the clutches like you did and see what happened :D
Do these differentials come in the w210 also? If yes in what variant?
No they dont.
