You are killing it with these videos, my friend keep up the good work, keep showing the beautiful side of Tampa and the beautiful manicured new construction homes
Hi. Which one of these communities offer the great schools as well as the larger sized homes, accommodating extended family, especially with next gen/in law suite units?
Many of the pasco county suburbs have great A/B rated schools but i have learned every parent has a different version of “great”. I suggest referencing greatschools.org or niche.com for reviews (its a good start). Also, dr horton and lennar both offer multi gen options and a handful of the tier 2 builders have flex plans that aren’t necessarily multi gen but can prob configured as so. Email my team and i can get more detailed with you to better answer your questions! Info@themorejongroup.com
@@marcelagarciagalindo8384 there are great areas in south tampa like ballast point some areas off of gandy, south westshore etc…. Not really any new construction communities like in the suburbs though.
The things I hate about Florida is the houses are almost stacked on top of each other, I want some space. I'm from Ohio and I live on a street where All the houses look different from each other, but in Florida it looks like cookie cutter houses. All the garages are on front of the house also. The building material look and feel cheap.
Totally get it. This is pretty common with masterplanned communities but if you want more space you can find homes with land. Just not in a traditional neighborhood set up like a master planned community

Those man-made lagoons have to have a lot of upkeep. How much are the hoa fees for the Epperson and the new Miarda?

I don't see any videos about areas near MacDill base. Since the other communities are so far to commute.
