Hey Kaleb, House #1. I really liked the fact that you could have your parents in their own space Downstairs, Nice home. 2nd Home, I completely fell in love with this one. Because it just seems like Home. Where can you get a 6 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms for $400,000 The price is right, Along with $15,000 closing cost.House #3. Loved this one to. Like the first one, tile floors, yes! I especially like that it has a 1BR 1BA apartment, nice! The second home is really nice, love the floor plan and lots of windows!

Hey Kaleb. 1st home elevation is hard. Not inviting but let’s see inside. Large 5/3.5. The stairs seem so far/isolated. Entry a little uninviting too. Love the 1 bed apartment but no stove? Just fridge/sink/dishwasher. So they’ll eat & do laundry in the main house. Private and mingling time. Great for parents or college home kids. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Massive open concept. Covered lanai. A little tight for a pool. Big loft. Thought that a closet but it’s a bedroom. 4th bedroom like the closets. One for summer one for cooler weather and closer to the bathroom and laundry. Huge primary indeed. En-suite small in relation to the primary but enough. 2nd home like the elevation and garage. 6 beds 3 baths not enough in 2500sq ft? Sounds cramped or small rooms. Let’s see. Nice entry. Nice open concept. Big pantry. Ok. 1st floor bed and bathroom. So 4 bedrooms will share a bathroom upstairs? Nice size primary. Small en-suite but closet ok. Loft space too? Wow. Ok size laundry 🧺. The bedroom sizes not bad at all but think a 1/2 bath at least would be needed if not a full for 4 bedrooms. But actually like this home. 3rd home like the elevation. Love a closet on entry. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Open concept. Space a little tight between fridge & island. Small pantry but appreciated. Covered lanai. Room for a pool? Love a fence. Like the location of the stairs. Loft. Laundry 🧺. Good size primary. Small en-suite but enough. The shelving in the closet good for linen/towels. Don’t need a tub. All the houses are beautiful 3 is priced based on location cause anything 20 mins from Disney and close to Champion Gate is a definite win. N
But 1 and 2 are a toss up for me cause a 6 bdroom for $399,000 is the ultimate deal. Thanks Kaleb for yet another awesome video!!! 23:11
Now all they need to do is DROP the Rates to a PERMANENT 4% and CUT the prices by 50%. Buyers will need to pay upward of $1-2K ADDITIONAL PER MONTH for Insurance.
