Happy Sunday! As a follow-up to last week's Finger Knitting Tutorial, I'm back to teach you the more advanced technique of Four-Finger Knitting. This is a wonderful activity for children who have already mastered the basic stitch and are looking for a further challenge.
Four-finger knitting produces a much wider chain which can be used to make belts and even scarves. Kids will find all kinds of uses for their knitting!
As with regular finger knitting, any yarn will do but I recommend using an extra-thick yarn for the best results, such as this chunky version we sell at Bella Luna Toys: www.bellalunatoys.com/product...

If you try this activity with your children, please let me know how it goes in the comments below!
Wishing you a day full of play,

Thanks! Great tutorial.
Hi Sarah, how do you finish off the four finger knitting at the end?
Super helpful thank you
I would also love more ideas
I’m 16 but I still do four finger knitting while I’m free at school
How do you do it so good Sarah
How do you close this project? Im confused, i find this this 4 finger knitting tutorial better than the other one i saw from the other channel. It's not so tight and comes out fluffy. But the tutorial wasn't finished to show how the loops are closed.
Please show how. Thanks.
Hi, how did you get it off of your fingers without it coming all unraveled?
RachelTeeKae I have the same question. Here’s a wiki post to answer our question: m.wikihow.com/Finger-Knit
how do you attach finger knitting tubes together?
I am also disappointed that you did not demonstrate how to end your knitting. I want to include your site on our library's web site but hesitate to do so.
We did this but then couldn’t figure out how to end the project. Eek!
This is a much more complicated version of four finger knitting.
How do order the book
This is so hard
I'd be frustrated doing that myself. Was looking for a craft for my granddaughter...but this will not be it.
