In between the 2 axles, there is a pivoting shackle. And it has to be able to move to let the tires to compensate for the load. Put it on the ground and pull it forward a little and see if it moves.
Need to make sure rated for trailer and that they have the proper air pressure also what kind of hitch are u using is ur trailer level when hooked to ur tow vehicle

Can you tow it and let it sit with different wheels and different rims and maybe tires with no rims. You might be able to find some second hand at a peddlars post or ebay or some other website or from a tireshop close by. Maybe a tractor supply or something. Or rv store

Morgan, before you can determine if something is wrong with your suspension you need to get it on flat level pavement. Look for irregularities with your tape measure
The shackles could be worn out or frozen up and not moving back-and-forth like they should put the weight on them and pull it forward and see if everything levels out.
It’s just the fake lug nuts on the hub cap. I found out they were fake when I took an impact drill them when I first got the trailer 😂 Looks like they got you too! Now I don’t feel so dumb 😄
No not normal. If the tounge is jacked up enough they will be wonky. Tandem axles usually have an equalizer that allows some variation. But typically, you want all 4 trailer tires to be exact same size and pressure. Then when trailering the trailer should be level. That may require a drop hitch. And the equalizer could be stuck or you have a broken leaf spring.
I have USAA too, you need to add comprehensive insurance (covers weather damage) for your trailer. Your truck insurance while towing only cover an accident on the road.
