Xylitol a birch bark derivative is sweeter than sugar, looks like sugar, is a (1) on the glycemic index and sugar is (100) so Xylitol won't spike your sugar. It tastes, cooks and bakes like sugar and it is also great for your digestive system and it prevents tooth decay. I swear by it!

I agree with you 100% Xylitol is my go to sweetener. I just make sure I don't consume any more than 2 Tbs per day unless I want it to work like a laxative for me. I also use it with my toothpaste for dental decay and plaque prevention. And I "pull" with it and coconut oil (swish it around in my mouth) before I go to bed, then swallow it for good gut flora to sleep on. It's awesome stuff if used in moderation. Just make sure you get the non gmo version made from birch bark and not corn cobs.

I’m currently reversing my pre diabetes as well, what I’ve learned is diabetes along with almost every other health condition comes from too much bad fats in the blood mainly from animal products more specifically red meat. I won’t go into too much detail but so far a plant based whole food diet has be quickly reversing the symptoms. I had tingling in my toes that have gone away, as well as my fasting blood glucose was usually 100-102 in the morning now it’s usually between 87-97 in the mornings. Fruit and veggies does the body so good. I also supplement because I don’t have time to be deficient. But it works. I have been learning so much from a channel called mastering diabetes and it’s worked so much for me in only a week

You would probably do very well to remove sugars that spike your insulin. Although Agave and Cane sugar may seem better than regular table sugar, they still spike insulin and add calories. The monk fruit/erythritol sweetener and Allulose combinations do not. They are created in lab either. Replacing table sugars with them is worthy of a try. Good luck regardless :)

Honey is no good, bee vomit (basically) is actually as harmful as sugar itself. Raw Maple syrups a better alternative but overall none are recommended.

Our family friend give me some magic fruit, that’s what they call it. It’s a small red fruit. Since I don’t like sour fruits like Indian mango. I tried eating the magic fruit first, and I was amazed because all sour food I ate turn literally sweet.

Every time I consume anything with stevia I get a panic attack, after a couple days the anxiety goes away. I wonder how many Americans take stevia and are diagnosed with anxiety while taking anxiety meds.. it turns out that stevia might lead to microbial imbalance, disrupting the communication between Gram-negative bacteria in the gut via either the LasR or RhlR receptor proteins of P. aeruginosa.

Lord I give myself to you
All I am and All I do
    Take my Life your offering
I give it to you Willingly
You hung the stars and set the Sun in place
You made the Moon and formed the Earth in Space
If nothing else you've done Enough but you did more
You made skies. Clouds filled with rain
    Seas and oceans
    And Mountainous terrains
Then seeds and trees. Birds bees and beast
Fowl winged eagles Whales. Fish, grains fruits to feast
    If nothing more
Who did you do this For you've done enough
    Dayenou Lord
    Dayenou my Lord
Then from the dust you formed
    Man you formed us
    Breathed in us your breath
    Gave us life without death
What else could we ask, what more did we need.
    You gave us everything
You gave us more than enough
    If nothing else
    Lord that was enough
Yet you gave us each other
    Made two become one
Then from us a child now a family becomes some.
    A tribe, And a people a nation
    With purpose
    To Grow and be prosperous
    In your likeness
    And righteousness
    If you do nothing more
    If you do nothing else
We have more than we could ever know
Overflow more than we could hope
    You've done enough
    You've done enough
    Dayenou
    Dayenou
    You've done enough
    You've done enough
    Ata Maspik ABBA
    But then we fell
    We betrayed your
    Trust and your way
Yet in our shame and our disgust
You took your love and covered us
Then in our death our disgrace
You gave your life and Gave us Grace
    That was enough
    Dayenou more than Enough
    More than we deserved
    More than we could've earned
    You forgave
    What we could not repay
    Erased my Guilt
    My penalty and
    Debt then said to me
    I have more than enough
    I AM more than Enough
From the moment I created you
    It was always Enough
    You were always
    Enough for I am
    Dayenou Enough
    I'm your Dayenou
    I am Enough
