JM, every time you pick up that fairy wand you just get better and better at it. The line handling, casting, fish fighting, etc, I can see it is now becoming second nature. It's a great thing to watch. Takes me back 35 years! Love the content and keep doing what ya doing!

I got rid of all my inshore spinning rods for fly fishing. Spinning reels are horrible with casting accuracy and always used bait casters but bait casters are not really healthy in saltwater. Fly fishing is the best. Now I use a flyrod for the salt and a baitcaster for bass. Florida is the only place you can fly fish effectively in the saltwater. I love living here

This is the only type of fishing I haven't done. If I try fly fishing I would have knots and backlashes for days. Seems like every person I watch do it makes it look easy. I’ve been fly fishing for 4 years and I can’t cast like that. I know the leader and size/weight combo of the fly have a huge effect on casting but I always seem to have a clunky cast. Almost like my line is sticky or something. Yours seem to lay out nice and flat with no splash on the fly
I’ve tried to stand on my cooler on my gheenoe. I’m not that well balanced.
