After watching again, I'm pretty sure it was a Hopedale Crab in the brown or olive color. You can get them online at some fly shops. I think Mad River Outfittere has them.
Nice video , I’ve been tagging reds & trout now about 1.5 years now down here in St Bernard, just top 511 tagged. I’ve actually recaptured 5 fish with my tag’s just this year 3 trout , 2 reds , is amazing how they seem to hang around where I caught them the first time , that project tagging is good info for our fish stock, thanks for sharing your video

I think I was probably using a white shrimp or a Hopedale Crab.
