I am getting quite good at understanding Shona and constructing simple sentences but your tutorials are essential because they help me with pronunciation and you give such helpful explanations. Ndichazama kunyora neShona... kazhinji pandinotaura Shona ndinenge ndichiziva mashoko eShona andinogona kushandisa asi handikwanisi kumavenganisa musentence. Chikonzero chekutanga ndokuti paChirungu syntax yakasiyana saka pandinoda kushandisa Shona ndinoshandisa syntax yeChirungu asi hazvienderani. Asi, kana munhu akati "chigaro icho" ndoziva kuti zvinoshandurwa kuti "that chair" neChirungu. Kana zvikakura pane izvozvo, ndopanonetsa. Chikonzero chechipiri ndechekuti handinatsozivi pandino fanirwa kuisa mashoko mumasentence. Ndinoziva maconnective sekuti "ne", "asi", "kana" etc.. asi, ndinongo netseka pandinoda kubatanidza maphrase maviri musentence.

'Ndino' is a personal pronoun, not a possesive pronoun
