As much as I play fingerstyle guitar. it's watching the Master, Jorma, jamming this with My Buddy... Jack Cassidy. Who is also one of the best jamming bass players of all time. I have learned this tune numerous ways, BUT, this adaptation by Jorma is the real deal... He learned it from the great Reverend Gary Davis, who also taught, David Bromberg, Stefen Grossman and numerous other young lads from Greenwich Village back in the early 60's. I live in Greenwich Village the past decade and hung out there since the early 70's. Thanks for this post! There are many of Jorma playing this, and this is one of the best of them. You guys out there learning to finger pick, utilize Jorma's style to learn the "Right" way of pickin the shit out of your guitar! Oh yeah.
