- Charger RT & v6 rear bumper diffuser or Pursuit valance install & mod. The Charger RT & v6 come with fake exhaust tips, this is a police diffuser or rear pursuit valance swap install. You should consider doing this to your Charger if you have fake exhaust tips, it will not only look better but also improve the exhaust note of your Charger. This is a simple & easy mod for you to do with your Charger RT or v6.

The valances/ diffusers are really easy to replace on all Charger trims. Love those tips!

I broke every single clip when I took out mine, so now my diffuser is being held by zip ties 😂😂😂.
Moral of the story: TAKE YOUR TIME. Just because someone else can do it in less than 20 minutes, doesn’t mean you can too, specially if you have never done it before. Slow and steady wins the race

Absolutely, I swapped to pypes 4.5 tips, swapped my diffuser with an ikon motorsports one. Looks way better

I just drilled out the rivets on the fake tips and put quad tips in place of it and they actually look really good
yah that is probably an easier route - Quad tips are really nice

This was one of my first mods because some idiot in a porche Bumped into me so I changed it along.
Gotta say after putting it in with some big round tips the exhaust rumble and sound output is even better
The exhaust note alone with worth it. I love how my exhaust sounds so much. The look did improve but I like the note. I would've been pissed if I were you

I put that part number in the Dodge site and the picture shows the rectangle openings like the one you took off. Is that the right part number? I want to do that to my 2016 R/T. Having a hard time finding that valance. Great video, exactly what I want to do.
