I thought this was a fun one. A couple things to help you finish the game out: first, those elevators near the black hole forge have a little sign outside them with the floor numbers and names. You were exploring the first floor, which is not the meltwater district. The final major piece of the puzzle is in a place you’re scared to go to. Use your signalscope to track down and identify the signals there. Don’t forget you may need to toggle your signalscope between the travelers’ frequency and the distress beacon frequency and the quantum moon frequency (and maybe others, I’m forgetting).
