I believe it depends on your preferences, such as preferred operating system. With Android, I really liked this Magic Drawing Pad, but I think it's more aimed at those who primarily want to draw. Alternatively, the iPad 10 or higher works very well, even the Samsung tabs with stylus

Idk what posses people to think that it's ok or even normal to sit there and try to make others feel bad or shamed for not having the same thing or not spending the same amount of money or even more on something that's supposed to make THEM happy. It's beyond immature and elementary quite frankly
Just like with the artist I watch on UA-cam almost All of them use apple products and pro create and I just found a artist who uses the same program as me (sketchbook/desktop sketchbook or whatever you wanna call it) and it took me years even when I wasn't taking my drawing as seriously all I saw was procreate
