I'm afraid this is becoming too complicated with all those different skills and other attributes and it may take away the focus from the main thing: portal with guns.
@@JUlmanen it can definitely be a lot, but I’ve seen games with lots of mechanics handle it really well. Let’s just hope for the best when we get our hands on it.
yeah the trailer makes it look like the portals aren't going to be used like before like putting them on walls but I did research it should be the same but with some new stuff like updating it but idk about the abilities tho
Gaming is nothing but trends. Sure there will be game that are different from that but what makes the difference is if they can pull this off while keeping the original pull Splitgate. From what I’ve seen it’s very much the same game just with added features for gameplay
I loved the original splitgate and was super excited about splitgate 2. After viewing the trailer I couldn’t care less. The pink/blue haired soy boy shows me which direction the game is going and I don’t like it. I will NOT be playing this flame game
@@JBearNAction it’s not just the hair it’s everything that comes with it. I’m a high testosterone alpha male and playing a game that reduces me to a beta soy boy just doesn’t excite me. You may be completely comfortable in that position, which I’m sure you are, but it’s just not for me. I’ll be bad ass elsewhere
😑 not a hero shooter... If I'm understanding correctly, every character in a given faction has the same array of abilities And there will only be three factions for at least the first season
Thanks for making this! Looking forward to what you think of the actual game :)

Chances are casual games are 4v4 but ranked will always be 3v3 (as suggested by the cinematic trailer).
Splitgate 1 is primarily 4v4, sometimes 3v3. 5v5 doesn't typically happen in it.
@@EastPort10 I’m so used to playing customs and having 5v5 . I forgot the base game is 4v4
Man this is gonna fail as a hero shooter the market is too saturated they need to play into their unique idea instead of chasing these trends

If hair is what keeps you from playing a game you got a lot of things you need to figure out. It’s just a game

@@WarpSonic Definitely need some gameplay to show these new features. I’ve seen a lot of confusion about this.
This isn’t even gameplay just a cinematic trailer
More like an announcement. Gameplay is coming soon though
